SeaWorld and Discovery Cove can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes and Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, is less than half an hour away from here via the I-4 Highway.
This well presented and very spacious villa is the perfect home from home for you and your family, giving you the opportunity to appreciate the quality time you are sharing. The open-plan layout includes a large, modern kitchen that has all the appliances, equipment and gadgets to satisfy any culinary requirement, with a breakfast bar large enough for 4 people to sit and chat as they watch the nominated chef of the day prepare dinner for everybody. The nearby dining table has 14 seats, making it a perfect setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. Between the kitchen and patio doors leading to the sun-drenched pool area is the downstairs family lounge with a comfy corner sofa with cinema-style seats and a large flatscreen TV. A second lounge area is upstairs and offers more comfy seating in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and this is where you will also find a table football game and a pool table, perfect for fun together in air-conditioned comfort.
The Main bedroom is downstairs at the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool area, great for guests that like an early morning swim without disturbing anybody else. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs at the back of the property and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 6, a Twin bedded room decorated in a style to suit all guests. Bedroom 4 is centrally placed upstairs and has been furnished with 2 Queen-size beds, this room has its own en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is downstairs and has windows overlooking the front garden and a Queen-size bed, this room is next to a family bathroom. Bedroom 7, upstairs on the left is a Frozen-themed room with Twin beds and this is close to the Harry Potter-themed Bedroom 8, furnished with Bunk beds. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom gives everybody the opportunity to retire early and still be able to watch their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep.
No conventional games room in this villa but the upstairs lounge area has a table football game and a pool table, giving everybody the chance to make memories together in air-conditioned comfort. Resort facilities, a 4 minute walk away from here at the clubhouse, include a heated swimming pool with water slides, lazy river and kiddie’s splash pool, a separate spa, a well-equipped gym, a games room with arcade-style machines and outdoor sports courts for tennis and beach volleyball.
The outside area is perfect for rest and relaxation after a busy day at the parks, it has a large dining table so you can enjoy snacks and drinks in the shade at the same time as watching the pool deck TV, before jumping in the pool, heated free of charge for all our guests, or easing any tired legs with a soak in the spa. With no rear neighbours and direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom as well, the whole family can recharge their batteries here and start making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.
