Many of Orlando’s top attractions, including Disney World, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld can be reached in less than half an hour, with Universal Resorts, featuring The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park, just 35-40 minutes away. Orlando's newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe can be reached in 35-40 and has exciting new rollercoasters for your family to enjoy.
This modern and nicely decorated villa will help you relax and enjoy your Orlando holiday as soon as you step through the front door. The downstairs lounge area, filled with lots of natural light, is at the rear of the villa and has a comfy sofa in front of a large flatscreen TV, patio doors from here lead out to the southwest-facing pool deck. To the right of this lounge is the kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you might need if you want to prepare a family meal or packed lunch, the breakfast bar is perfect for any ‘helpers’ to sit and offering advice as they nibble on snacks or sip a glass of wine. A small dining table between the kitchen and doors to the pool area is perfect for tea and toast each morning, with another dining table, just inside the front door, a great spot for evenings together playing board games or cards. Upstairs is the second lounge area, ideal if you want to watch something different, this also has comfy seating and a flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is next to the upstairs lounge and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is downstairs, just inside the front door and has a Queen-size bed, Bedroom 4 is adjacent to this room and has a Double bed. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are upstairs and have each been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that is suitable for all guests. All bedrooms have their own TV, so everybody gets the chance to watch their choice of programme as they settle down at the end of each long day.

The large southwest-facing pool deck, with a fair amount of privacy and views of woodland to the rear of the property, has a large pool and a relaxing spa, a good-sized covered area with outdoor dining tables and plenty of patio space to relax in the Florida sun. Please note that this is a saltwater pool, every bit as safe as a normal chlorinated pool but beneficial for guests with skin problems such as Eczema or Psoriasis and will also help alleviate any joint or muscle pain you might have and speed up recovery from any previous injuries. If these issues are not a concern for you, then you can still benefit from splashing around in the pool and being left with rejuvenated muscles and softer skin!

Crescent Lakes is a large, well-kept and peaceful community in Kissimmee, close to Disney, Universal and all other popular Orlando attractions. Many of the privately owned rental villas on this community have natural lake views, games rooms and south or west-facing private pools. This is a great location for any family holiday to Florida. Anglers in your family will want to try a spot of fishing on the well-stocked community lake, whilst golfers will want to have a round or two on one of the fantastic courses nearby.
