Situated on Encore, a luxury gated resort community which forms part of the famous Reunion development in Kissimmee, is this privately owned Orlando vacation villa. Features include 9 good-size bedrooms, with beds for up to 20 guests, a modern kitchen, an air-conditioned games room upstairs and a large outside deck with private pool, relaxing spa and no overlooking neighbours. Guests staying here can access the community basketball and beach volleyball courts, but this property does not have membership to the other resort facilities on Encore. The fun and magic of Disney World is just 15-20 minutes away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove reachable in as little as 20-25 minutes. Guests wishing to explore Orlando's new and exciting theme park, Universal Epic Universe, as well as mingle with Muggles in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, to brave the adrenaline fuelled roller coasters at Islands of Adventure or to make a splash at Volcano Bay water park, can be at Universal Resorts in less than half an hour. The bustling US192, lined on both sides with hundreds of dining options, is a few minutes’ drive away from Encore and restaurants here are open from early morning until late at night.
This tastefully decorated and furnished villa offers all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax together away from the stresses and strains of normal everyday living. The open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen area centrally placed downstairs, this has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment needed to fulfil any culinary task and a convenient breakfast bar for 5 people. A nearby dining table has seating for 10 people at a time and is a perfect setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The downstairs lounge area has a large sectional sofa, patio doors leading to the pool deck and a flatscreen TV. The upstairs lounge area also doubles as a games room and is the perfect place for teenagers to claim as their own.
The spacious Main bedroom, downstairs at the back of the villa on the right, has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, upstairs at the back, is just as big as the Main bedroom and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, at the back of the villa on the left, has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 4 has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 on the right of the villa upstairs, has Twin beds and is decorated and furnished in a style to suit all guests, this room has its own en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 6, adjacent to Bedroom 5, has 2 sets of Bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 7 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has Twin beds and this is close to Bedroom 8, furnished with 2 Double beds. Bedroom 9, on the ground floor close to the front door, has a King-size bed and is close to a family bathroom. For the added comfort and convenience of everybody staying here, all bedrooms have a ceiling fan and flatscreen TV.
The upstairs games room area could also be used as a second lounge area and has an air hockey table, arcade games, a sofa and a flatscreen TV. Community facilities include basketball and beach volleyball courts which guests can use but sadly not the other resort facilities on Encore as this house does not have membership to these amenities.
The northwest-facing outside area is spacious and has a covered dining area, plenty of seating and sun lounger options, a private pool, a relaxing spa, 2 complimentary gas BBQ grills and a pool deck loo.

Encore at Reunion is a luxury gated resort in the Kissimmee area of Orlando. It is close to Disney World, Universal and a wide selection of shops and restaurants. This highly recommended resort has a range of amazing villas to rent and many of them have south or west-facing private pools and a relaxing spa. If you have youngsters in your family, why not select a villa with a games room or home cinema to help create even more long-lasting holiday memories.
