Less than a mile from your villa is Berry Town Center, which has a Publix supermarket where you can get drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around your pool. There is also an iHop, Applebee’s and a couple of independent restaurants to choose from. Travel north on the US27 for about a mile and you will reach the US192, where you will find hundreds more restaurants and fast food options to choose from. Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, where you can meet all your favourite characters. Epic Universe – Orlando’s newest theme park, is 35-40 minutes away and has exciting new locations and experiences for your family to enjoy. Further thrills and chills are at Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all 35-40 minutes from your villa. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or ride Pipeline: The Surf Coaster at SeaWorld, both a 30-35 minute car journey away.

The modern kitchen is to the right of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make delicious meals for your family. The nearby breakfast table is a great place to start your day of exploring Orlando with coffee and toast. The formal dining table is to the left, a perfect spot to enjoy a meal before playing board games all evening. To the rear of the villa is the main family lounge with comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door to the south-facing pool. At the front of the villa is a second family lounge with a sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV, a great space for younger guests to claim as their own.
The Main bedroom is at the back left of the villa with a King-size bed, doors to the pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, while the nearby Bedroom 3 has a Mickey Mouse-theme and Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guest can watch their favourite movies as they drift off to sleep.
The games room at the front of the villa is equipped with a pool table and air hockey, providing entertainment for your family during their stay. Community facilities can be reached with a 7 minute stroll and include a tennis court and a children’s play area.

It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions. All of our rental villas have a private pool and many of them have a games room which the kids will love, a spa to help you relax and a south or west-facing pool deck for sun worshippers, many also have scenic views for you to enjoy as you recharge your batteries.
