The bustling US192 is a couple of miles north of Legacy Park and has hundreds of dining options to choose from, serving everything from burgers to burritos, pancakes to pasta and steaks to seafood. The magic and excitement of Disney World is just 15-20 minutes away along this road, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove less than half an hour’s drive away from here. Universal Resorts can be reached in 35-40 minutes and are home to the brand new theme park, Epic Universe, which has four exciting worlds to explore and rollercoasters to ride. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the unmissable Islands of Adventure can also be explored at Universal. The I-4 Highway leads to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s award-winning beaches.

The open-plan layout includes a spacious kitchen area, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you are likely to need. The breakfast bar has 2 stools and is an ideal place to sit and enjoy coffee and cookies as you work out your plans for the day ahead, or sit at the small dining table overlooking the pool deck. A more formal dining table is nearby. The perfect spot for mealtimes or evening laughter as you play board games together.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the left and has a King-size bed, door leading to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the right of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are at the front of the villa and each have Twin beds and decorated in a style suitable for all guests, these rooms share an en-suite bathroom. A flatscreen TV in each room is beneficial if you want to retire early after a busy day.
The games room at the front of the villa has a pool table, air hockey and basketball game, providing hours of entertainment for your whole family. The community tennis court is just a 10 minute walk from your villa, tucked away in a corner close to the entrance of Highgate Park so bring along a racket if you want to play a few games against each other.
The pool deck area has a pool and a spa, hedges to both sides and no overlooking neighbours to the rear, with the covered dining area, pool deck loo and seating options this is a great place to sit and relax as you watch a movie on the poolside TV and start making plans for your next Orlando villa holiday.
Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions. All of our rental villas have a private pool and many of them have a games room which the kids will love, a spa to help you relax and a south or west-facing pool deck for sun worshippers, many also have scenic views for you to enjoy as you recharge your batteries. From here, the popular US192, with its bars, shops and restaurants, is just a short drive away.
