This privately owned vacation villa is located on The Retreat in Legacy Park, just off the US27 in Davenport. Features include a west-facing pool and spa and 5 good-sized bedrooms. Disney World is close to your villa, so hop in your car and drive for 20-25 minutes to reach Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to meet all your favourite characters and make unforgettable memories. Universal Resorts are 35-40 minutes away and is home to Epic Universe, Orlando's thrilling new theme park, in addition to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, places that you will never forget visiting. Additionally, SeaWorld, home of the Mako rollercoaster and Discovery Bay, where you can swim with dolphins, are both only 30-35 minutes away. Once your day is at an end, fill your stomach by heading to Berry Town Center, which is only a mile away and has a number of restaurants and take-aways for you to try, or drive a few miles north to reach the bustling US192 which is home to hundreds of other dining options, catering to all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
The kitchen is located to the right of the villa, with everything you could need during your stay in Orlando, while breakfast bar seating for 3 and a dining table for 6 are ideal places to start the morning with cereal and orange juice. At the left of the villa is a formal dining table with seating for 8, a great place to have a meal before spending the evening playing board games. Centrally located in the villa is a family lounge, with comfy seating and a flatsceen TV, as well as a window overlooking the west-facing pool deck. Watch a movie here, while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the water. To the left of the front door is a second lounge area, with seating for 5, ideal for curling up with a book or having a quiet chat. Centrally located upstairs is a third lounge, with seating for 7 and a flatscreen TV, useful if someone wants to watch an alternative movie than the one chosen.
The large Main bedroom is located to the back of the villa, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 is to the right side, with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor and it is located to the rear left of the villa and has a Double bed, window overlooking the pool and en-suite bathroom with a door to the pool. Bedroom 4 is back upstairs and to the front right, with 2 Double beds, while Bedroom 5 is at the front left with Twin beds. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV, so everybody gets the chance to continue watching their favourite show as they drift off to sleep at the end of each busy day.
Spend plenty of time at your very own private west-facing pool and relaxing spa. With hedges and fences to the sides and no immediate rear neighbours, you can bask in the Orlando sunshine while the kids play in the pool. A door leading to the en-suite bathroom for Bedroom 3 ensures there will be no wet footprints throughout the villa. Evenings can be spent enjoying a cold drink under the covered dining area as you chat and make plans for your next Orlando villa vacation.
Legacy Park is large community just off the US27 and is divided into 7 smaller subdivisions, including The Retreat. Being close to Disney makes this a popular community for theme park fans, and the large private villas on offer here benefit from having games rooms and south or west facing pools looking out over conservation areas. With restaurants and fast food outlets to suit all tastes and budgets along both sides of the nearby US192 you will never be short of dining options.
