This privately owned Orlando vacation villa on Reunion, a popular gated Kissimmee community, has 5 good-sized bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, an air-condtioned games room and a private pool and spa with no overlooking neighbours. The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 15-20 minutes away. Universal Resorts, home to Epic Universe - Orlando's exciting new theme park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, as well as Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, is 20-25 minutes away by car. Reunion resort has a selection of great restaurants to try if you have a special occasion to celebrate while you are on holiday, or head to ChampionsGate Village a couple of miles away for a greater selection, catering for all tastes, appetites and food desires.
This spacious modern villa will help you and your family relax and enjoy the precious time you have together here in Orlando. The open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen area that has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment needed to satisfy any culinary requirement, as well as a breakfast bar for that early morning coffee as you start working out your plans for the day ahead. The nearby dining table has chairs for 8 people, a perfect setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The lounge has a sectional corner sofa, patio doors leading to the pool deck and a large flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, balcony overlooking the golf course and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed, balcony overlooking the front of the villa and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to the left of the front door and perfect for guests that want a little extra privacy, it has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is next to the Main bedroom and has been furnished with Twin beds, the en-suite bathroom of this bedroom can be accessed from the games room if necessary. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV so if you want to take yourself off for an early night you can still continue watching your programme of choice as you settle down for the night.
Head upstairs to the air-conditioned games room area to practice your trick shots or hone your potting skills on the pool table before tackling a few frames with other family members. Guests wanting to watch TV before joining in the fun can do so nearby. Please note that this villa does not have full membership and therefore there is no access to tennis, golf or the water park during your stay.

With an abundance of community facilities, which include 11 swimming pools, 3 golf courses and 6 restaurants there is plenty to do for the entire family.
