If self-catering is not for you, then head to the restaurant in the Southern Dunes clubhouse or head south on the US27 to find Manny’s Chop House and a few other options for your family to try. Disney World can be reached in 25-30 minutes, so make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to create amazing and unforgettable memories. Epic Universe, Orlando’s newest theme park, is 40-45 minutes from your villa, so go and visit the four unique worlds and ride its exciting rollercoasters. More adrenaline pumping action can be found 35-40 minutes away at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Visit Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld offers the opportunity to encounter penguins and manatees, both just 30-35 minutes from your villa.
This cosy and open-plan vacation villa will be perfect for spending quality time with your family. The kitchen is located to the right of the villa, well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make delicious meals during your stay. The nearby formal dining table serves as both a great place to start your morning with orange juice and cereal, enjoying a meal and also playing board games in the evening. The family lounge is located to the front of the villa, with comfy sofa seating and a flatscreen TV. A nearby door leading to the private pool lets you keep an eye on your kids as they come and go into the water.
The Main bedroom is located to the back right of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the front right with a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 3 is centrally located, has Twin beds and is decorated in a style suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, ensuring all guests can watch their favourite movies as they prepare to sleep.

Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
