Situated on the very popular gated community of The Shire at West Haven in Davenport is this large 4 bedroom, privately owned, villa that has conservation views from both the balcony of the Main bedroom and the pool and spa deck. Kids will appreciate spending time in the games room, while adults will enjoy having lots of space in the villa. The community is along the Ronald Reagan Parkway, close to the US27 and I-4 Highway, meaning you are just 15-20 minutes away from the parades, rides and fireworks of Disney World. Discovery Cove and SeaWorld will take about 20-25 minutes to reach, Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe will take just 30-35 minutes, while Harry Potter fans eager to board the Hogwarts Express will have to be a little more patient as Universal Resorts will take 25-30 minutes to reach. ChampionsGate Village is just a couple of miles away and this is where you can find a good selection of restaurants as well as a supermarket. Guests staying on The Shire have access to the West Haven resort facilities, situated 2 minutes away near the entrance to The Dales. Here you will find a TV lounge, modern gym, communal swimming pool and outdoor tennis and volleyball courts.
If it’s space you want for your family so that you are able to spread out and find your own quiet spot, then this is the villa for you. As soon as you step through the entrance you will be amazed at how much room this villa offers. The front lounge and dining area has comfy seating on 2 sofas and a formal dining table large enough for the whole family to be able to sit in comfort for a special occasion meal or for an evening of chatting and playing board games. Continue through the villa to the centrally placed kitchen that has been equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you might need, with the breakfast bar being a great place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day. A further dining table overlooks the pool and this is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast each morning. The main family lounge is adjacent to the kitchen and has comfy sofas in front of the large flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the sunny pool deck. For guests that find they need to do some 'work from home' while they are on holiday, there is a desk area on the landing.
The extremely large Main bedroom is upstairs at the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and a screened balcony overlooking the conservation area. Bedroom 2 is also at the rear of the villa upstairs and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 overlooks the front garden and is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Back upstairs for Bedroom 4 which has Twin beds and is decorated in a style to suit guests of all ages and genders and is adjacent to the family bathroom on the landing. Each of the 4 bedrooms has been equipped with a flatscreen TV so there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite programme.
Kids of all ages can enjoy endless hours of friendly competition in the games room which has been equipped with a pool table and Ping Pong table. Additional community facilities are available at the West Haven clubhouse, situated 2 minutes away close to the entrance of The Dales. Here you will find a TV lounge, modern gym, swimming pool and tennis and volleyball courts.
After a busy day at the parks come back to the villa to spend the evening relaxing out on the pool deck, with a large undercover dining area, ample seating options, private pool and spa and conservation view to the rear, this is a great place to recharge your batteries each night, enjoying the warm Florida weather.

The Shire is a small, peaceful gated subdivision of West Haven, a popular Davenport community close to Disney World with a range of 4 and 5 bedroom privately owned villas, all with their own pool and spa. Many of our villas to rent also have a games room and south or west-facing pool. Disney is 15 minutes away, while Universal and SeaWorld are 30 minutes away. Shops, restaurants and golf courses are all within a short driving distance. Guests have access to community facilities which include a clubhouse with TV lounge and gym, tennis and volleyball courts and large outdoor swimming pool.
