Kids of all ages will have endless fun in the games room, equipped with pool table, air hockey and table football. Situated on the small, gated community of The Manor, part of the larger, highly recommended, West Haven development, means that you can be at Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World parks within 15-20 minutes of leaving here. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove will take about 20-25 minutes to reach, while Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe and the 4 unique worlds it has, can be reached in 30-35 minutes. Diagon Alley and Hogwarts Express can both be found at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter on Universal Resorts which will take 25-30 minutes to reach along the I-4 Highway. ChampionsGate Village is a couple of miles from here and has a selection of family-friendly restaurants to choose from. Guests staying on The Manor have access to the community tennis court and children’s play area which are just a couple of minutes’ walk from your villa.
This comfortable villa will allow you to relax and enjoy time with your family as soon as you walk through the front door. Immediately inside the entrance is the formal dining table with seating for 8 people, an ideal place for the whole family to gather and enjoy a special occasion meal together. At the rear of the villa is the family lounge with a comfy sofa and loveseat, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out to the west-facing pool deck. To the right of the lounge is the open-plan kitchen which has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need to prepare meals and packed lunches. The breakfast bar, which has 2 stools, is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day. Another dining table is nearby and has windows overlooking the pool deck, making it a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast each morning.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the kitchen at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the family lounge and has a Queen-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds. Bedroom 4 is next to Bedroom 3 and also has Twin beds.
Head to the well-equipped games room and make some happy holiday memories challenging each other to games of pool, table football or air hockey. Alternatively, the community tennis court and play area with swings and slides are just a couple of minutes’ walk away from here.
The west-facing pool deck has a large pool and spa, a covered outdoor dining area with seating and a good amount of patio space both in and out of the shade to relax during rest days from the theme parks. There is direct access to the family bathroom from the pool deck, meaning no more mad dashes through the house with wet feet.
The Manor is a small gated sub-division of West Haven, a highly recommended community in Davenport, close to Disney World, Universal and all other popular Orlando attractions. With privately owned rental villas ranging in size from 3 - 5 bedrooms, this is an ideal choice for any family holiday to Florida. Facilities here include a tennis court and a children’s play area. Disney World theme parks are about 15 minutes drive away, Universal and SeaWorld are less than 30 minutes drive. Shops, restaurants, fast food options and golf courses are all within a couple of miles.
