ChampionsGate Village is a short drive away along the Ronald Reagan Parkway and has a wide selection of family restaurants to choose from, satisfying many tastes and dietary requirements. The fun and excitement of Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 20-25 minutes away and Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe being 30-35 minutes from your villa. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and Islands of Adventure, is less than half an hours’ drive away along the nearby I-4 Highway.
This open-plan villa has all the comforts of home including a large family lounge at the entrance, furnished with comfy seating in front of a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and with doors leading to the west-facing pool deck area. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, equipment and utensils to fulfil all culinary needs as well as a convenient breakfast bar with 2 stools. A nearby dining table overlooks the pool deck and is a great place for tea and toast each morning. A further dining table to the right of the front door is an ideal setting for evening fun with a pack of playing cards.
The Main bedroom sits apart from all the others on the right of the villa, it has a door to the pool deck, King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the left of the villa and has patio doors leading to the west-facing pool area, a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The nearby Bedroom 3 is a Harry Potter-themed room with Twin beds and Bedroom 4, also with Twin beds has been decorated and furnished in a style to that would appeal to Mickey Mouse fans. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV, making early nights or lazy mornings in bed even more enjoyable.
Head to the games room for some memory-making evenings together as you play games of pool or air hockey against each other. Additional community facilities are a couple of minutes away from this villa and include a tennis court and play area with swings and slides for small children.
After busy days at the theme parks or shopping malls, come back home to your villa and enjoy quality time with your family around the west-facing pool. Privacy hedges either side and a fence to the rear will add to the relaxing time you can have as you enjoy a soak in the spa or sit around watching TV on the pool deck. Direct access to the bathroom next to Bedroom 3 saves any mad sprints through the house with wet feet.
