Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe is 35-40 minutes from your villa and is home to unique locations and experiences. Universal Resorts, home to Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will take 35-40 minutes to reach via the I-4 Highway. This is also the road you need to take if you are heading to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center or Busch Gardens or if you are intending to travel to one of Florida’s award-winning beaches. The lively US192 is a mile or so away from Windsor Island Resort and has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, serving everything from steaks to seafood, burgers to burritos and everything else you can imagine!
This modern and very spacious villa has been designed in a way that will help you and your family relax away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living and enjoy the precious time you have together here in Orlando. The kitchen area has all the equipment, gadgets and utensils needed to fulfil any culinary request by your family and a convenient breakfast bar with 5 stools. The nearby dining table is a great place for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The downstairs lounge has a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the south-facing pool area. The upstairs lounge has a large corner sofa in front of a flatscreen TV and this is next to a games room area.
The Main bedroom is downstairs next to the dining area and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that it shares with Bedroom 3, which has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is at the left of the villa and has a Queen-size bed while Bedroom 5 is on the ground floor at the front of the villa has been furnished with 2 Queen-size beds. The Harry Potter-themed Bedroom 6 has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with the Star Wars-themed Bedroom 7 which has Twin beds. Bedroom 8 is at the front of the villa and is a Frozen-inspired room with Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. At the left is the Mickey Mouse-themed Bedroom 9 which has Twin beds and at the top of the stairs is the Lion King-themed Bedroom 10, which has Bunk beds and a Single bed. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV, making early nights even more relaxing as you recover from a day at the parks.
This villa has two games room areas, the downstairs area has an air hockey table, games consoles, shuffle board and a ping-pong table, this room is air-conditioned so everybody gets to play in here in comfort. The second games room area is upstairs next to the lounge and is equipped with a pool table, an air hockey game and a poker table so you can enjoy a few friendly games of cards in the evenings. Again, this room has air-conditioning so it is a perfect place to sit and relax in comfort after a busy day in the sunshine. The resort facilities are 9 minutes’ walk from here and include a heated swimming pool with water slides and lazy river, a kiddie’s splash pool, a spa, licenced Tiki bar and sports courts.
The sunny south-facing outside space has a large undercover dining area with a table seating 12 people, a covered seating area with a poolside TV, a swimming pool, a relaxing spa, a fence to the rear and direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom, so a towel is always within reach.

Windsor Island Resort is an exclusive gated community in Kissimmee, close to Disney World and many other Orlando theme parks and popular tourist attractions. With a range of privately owned vacation villas to rent featuring games rooms, home cinemas. Private pool and spa and south or west-facing views, there is something for everybody here. Community facilities are available for all guests during their stay including a heated swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and sports courts.
Guests are required to observe the resort’s parking guidelines. Please ensure that fire hydrants are kept clear at all times, and parking on grassed areas and in Kaipo Road is not permitted. When parking within the resort, do take note of all posted signs, which indicate the correct side of the road for parking. Kerbs marked with blue paint signify that parking is not allowed in those areas. In addition, we ask that you do not park in front of any property where you are not staying, out of consideration for other guests and residents.
