To the left of the downstairs area is the kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you are likely to need and a breakfast bar with 4 stools that is the perfect place to enjoy snacks, drinks and chats throughout the day. Nearby is the large family dining table, a great place for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games or chatting together. The family lounge is next to the kitchen and has comfy seats, a large flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the sunny pool deck. A second lounge is upstairs next to the games room and has more comfy seating and another flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is downstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3, upstairs at the back, also has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 4 which has a King-size bed. Bedroom 5 is centrally placed upstairs and is another bedroom with a King-size bed, it shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 7 which has 2 Double beds. Downstairs to the right of the front door is Bedroom 6, this room has a King-size bed and is adjacent to the downstairs bathroom. Back upstairs for Bedrooms 8 and 9, just off the lounge area and each furnished with Bunk beds and decorated in fun Disney themes. These 2 rooms are separated by the upstairs family bathroom.
The games room area is upstairs next to the lounge, allowing players to enjoy games of pool and air hockey in air-conditioned comfort. The resort facilities are a few minutes away from the villa and include a heated swimming pool, games arcade, gym and outdoor sports courts.
After busy days at the theme parks or shopping malls, return home to enjoy some family time relaxing by the pool or easing any aching muscles in the spa. There are plenty of seating options available so you can sit here in the evenings and start planning your next Florida villa holiday. The en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom can be accessed directly from the pool deck, avoiding any mad dashes through the house and leaving a trail of wet footprints behind.
