Situated on the peaceful gated community of Bridgeford Crossing in Davenport, this comfortable, 4 bedroom, privately owned Orlando vacation villa is ideal for a group of golfers or a family that don’t want their own swimming pool. The villa has a west-facing screened-in patio area with a dining table and casual seating, an outside TV and fences on all sides giving complete privacy. The community clubhouse has a range of facilities guests can use, including swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, sauna, games room with pool tables and an outdoor tennis court. The magic and excitement of Disney World is less than half an hour away from here, as is SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Harry Potter fans will have to show a little more patience, Universal Resorts which includes Hogwarts Express and Diagon Alley will take about 35-40 minutes to reach from here. Universal Epic Universe is Orlando's newest theme park and can be reached in 40-45 minutes, so make sure to check it out. Restaurants, bars and golf courses can all be found within a few miles of the community.
This comfortable villa is more suited to groups of adults or families with no small children. Centrally placed is the lounge area with lots of natural light and furnished with a large comfy corner sofa in front of a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is adjacent to the lounge and has modern appliances and all the equipment and utensils you might need to prepare some tasty meals. The breakfast bar is a great place to enjoy snacks and meals throughout the day and the dining table, close to patio doors leading outside, is the perfect place to sit and enjoy tea and toast in the morning.
The Main bedroom is at the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, as does the nearby Bedroom 3. Bedroom 4 is a Twin-bedded room decorated in a style that would suit all guests. With a TV in each bedroom nobody has to miss out on watching their programme of choice.
Community facilities are a few minutes away from the villa and include a clubhouse with games room, well-equipped gym, sauna, swimming pool and tennis court.
The outside area is a west-facing, screened patio deck with privacy fencing on sides so you are not overlooked. With a dining table and chairs, casual seating and an outside TV this is the perfect place to return back home to each evening to enjoy a peaceful BBQ and a cold beer.
