Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, is about the same distance away, and very easy to reach via the I-4 Highway. Orlando's newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe is also just 25-30 minutes from your villa and has exciting new rides and experiences for your whole family to enjoy. Shops and restaurants can all be found within a short 5 minute drive and there is enough choice to satisfy all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.

The open-plan living space includes a centrally placed kitchen, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils needed for a self-catering holiday. A nearby dining table is the perfect spot for breakfast each morning as you discuss plans for your day ahead. A larger dining table is towards the front of the villa and is a great setting for special occasion meals or evenings together playing board games. Next to this formal dining table is a quiet lounge area with comfy seating and windows overlooking the front garden, an ideal place to sit and read your favourite novel or chat with a loved one. The main lounge, at the back of the villa, has a flatscreen TV, a comfy sectional sofa and doors leading out to the south-facing pool deck.
The Main bedroom, to the right of the villa at the back, has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, to the left of the lounge, has a Queen-size bed and this room is close to Bedroom 3, a Mickey Mouse-themed room with Twin beds.
The community facilities can be found just a couple of minutes’ walk away from here and include sports courts for beach volleyball, tennis and basketball, a children’s play area with swings and slides and an outdoor swimming pool.
After busy days on rides and rollercoasters you can return home and relax on the south-facing patio area, splashing around in your own private pool or enjoying cold drinks at the table as you start making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.

Chatham Park is a small gated community in Kissimmee, close to Disney World and many other popular attractions and theme parks in the Orlando area. The US192 is a mile or so away from here and has a range of restaurants and take-aways to choose from so you will not be far from a traditional American dining experience. Many of the privately owned villas on this community are used by permanent residents so there is a safe, neighbourly feel about Chatham Park. Many of the homes have scenic views, private pools and, if it’s a rental home, more often than not it will have a games room as well.
