This 4 bedroom vacation villa has a games room for family entertainment and a large private pool deck with no overlooking neighbours and a natural lake view to the rear. Situated on the peaceful Kissimmee community of Rolling Hills you are just 10-15 minutes away from the magic and excitement of Disney World and approximately 15-20 minutes from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. Harry Potter fans eager to travel on Hogwarts Express or stroll down Diagon Alley can be at Universal Resorts in as little as 20-25 minutes. The bustling US192 is a mile or so away from Rolling Hills and has hundreds of restaurants to choose from, offering everything from steaks to salads, burgers to burritos and pasta to pancakes. Sunset Walk, with its multiscreen cinema, restaurants and shops, is about 5 minutes from here and is worth a visit in the evenings. The I-4 Highway is a few miles away and leads to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center and some of Florida’s award-winning beaches on both coastlines.

• Living Accommodation:

  This comfortable home from home is ideal for your family holiday to Orlando and is in a great location to explore everything Florida has got to offer. The family lounge is at the rear of the villa and has comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the sun-drenched pool deck. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and gadgets you will need, and the breakfast bar is perfect for snacks and drinks throughout the day. The nearby dining table is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner and is a great place to sit and play board games in the evenings once the dishes have been cleared away.

• Bedrooms:

  The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is next to the lounge and has a Queen-size bed, opposite this is Bedroom 4 which has Twin beds.

• Entertainment:

  For those with a competitive spirit, there is a games room where you can play as much table football and table tennis as you can handle.

• Outdoor Living:

  The large pool deck benefits from having no overlooking neighbours, allowing you to let your hair down and enjoy yourself out in the Florida sunshine. The shaded dining area allows you to enjoy alfresco snacks and drinks at the end of your fun-filled day in the parks and look out across the natural lake to the rear of the villa.

Rolling Hills

Rolling Hills is a peaceful Kissimmee community close to Disney World and with good road links taking you to Universal Resort, SeaWorld and all other Orlando attractions. Our rental villas have a private pool and spa and often have a south or west-facing deck with conservation views and a games room as well. Shopping and dining options can be found along the popular US192 which is just a couple of miles away. From here you could be on one of Florida’s award-winning beaches within 2 hours.
