Villa Details

This 4 bedroom, privately owned, rental villa on the Rolling Hills community in Kissimmee has something for everybody; quiet surroundings, secluded south-facing pool deck and a well-equipped air-conditioned games room. The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 15-20 minutes away. Harry Potter fans keen to ride on Hogwarts Express or sip a Butterbeer can be at Universal Resorts in 20-25 minutes. The popular US192 is a couple of miles away and offers hundreds of family-friendly restaurants and fast food options, satisfying all tastes, appetites and dietary requirements. The I-4 Highway is nearby and can take you effortlessly to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center and Florida's award winning beaches on both coastlines.

  • Living Accommodation:

    On entering the villa you will come to a quiet lounge area with comfy seating and windows overlooking the garden, the perfect place to sit and relax after a hectic day at the parks. In the middle of the villa is the well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a family dining table. Towards the rear of the villa is the lounge with comfy seating, large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck.

  • Bedrooms:

    The spacious Main bedroom, sitting apart from the others, has a King-size bed, doors leading to the sunny pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 sit near each other and have Twin beds and are decorated and furnished in a style to suit guests of any age. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs so everybody gets to watch their favourite programme as they unwind after a busy day.

  • Entertainment:

    Kids of all ages will love the air-conditioned games room which has been equipped with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, air hockey, pool table and seating for players waiting patiently to join in.

  • Outdoor Living:

    After an exhausting day at the theme parks or shopping malls, come back home to your villa to relax on the secluded south-facing pool deck area. Kids will enjoy splashing around in the water and adults can sit on one of the many seats with a cold drink and recharge their batteries.

Rolling Hills

Rolling Hills is a peaceful Kissimmee community close to Disney World and with good road links taking you to Universal Resort, SeaWorld and all other Orlando attractions. Our rental villas have a private pool and spa and often have a south or west-facing deck with conservation views and a games room as well. Shopping and dining options can be found along the popular US192 which is just a couple of miles away. From here you could be on one of Florida’s award-winning beaches within 2 hours.
