Ideally situated for all major theme parks and attractions, with Disney, Universal and SeaWorld all approximately half an hour’s drive from here, including Orlando's newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe, which can be reached in 35-40 minutes. Kissimmee Old Town, a popular destination for many people, is just 15 minutes away and the US192 is a few miles north of the community and offers hundreds of dining options, with enough variety to satisfy all tastes, budgets and dietary requests.
This comfortable villa is an ideal home from home for you and your family, away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. To the left of the entrance is a lounge area with comfy sofas, flatscreen TV and windows overlooking the front garden. Centrally placed is a second lounge area, again with comfy seating and a flatscreen TV, giving everybody the chance to sit in comfort and watch a movie in the evening. Patio doors from here lead out to the west-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out as often as you please. The open-plan kitchen has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you are likely to need and a breakfast bar area which is a convenient place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day.
The Main bedroom is at the back on the right and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom as well as a door leading to the pool area. Bedroom 2, on the left of the lounge, has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom and is near Bedroom 3 which has windows overlooking the pool deck and a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4, to the left of the kitchen, has 2 sets of Bunk beds, ideal for younger family members enjoying a holiday together.
The air-conditioned games room is the perfect place for entertaining kids or holding friendly competitions throughout the holiday as you play endless games of pool or table football. Spectators and players waiting to join in the fun can sit on one of the many seats in here and watch TV. The community facilities of swimming pool and tennis court offer the chance to meet other holidaymakers staying in the area.
After long days at the theme parks or shopping malls, return home to your villa and enjoy the peace and quiet. The west-facing private pool will be appreciated by everybody and adults will want to enjoy a soak in the standalone hot tub to ease any aching leg muscles. The designated BBQ area outside the pool screen saves the trouble of having to find somewhere to eat every night, and there are plenty of seats for guests offering support and advice to the nominated chef!
Doral Woods is a peaceful, mainly residential, community in Kissimmee, within easy reach of the bustling US192 and many of Orlando's major theme parks, including Disney World and Universal resorts. Guests staying here have access to the community swimming pool and nearby tennis court.
