The villa also has a southeast-facing pool deck, a cinema room and plenty of space for the whole family. Located just 10 minutes from Disney World, 15-20 minutes from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove and about 30 minutes from Universal, including Orlando's newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe. The nearby US192 has hundreds of different restaurant options for you, satisfying all tastes, budgets and appetites. Community facilities, a few minutes away by car or a 15 minute stroll through the neighbourhood if you prefer, include a heated swimming pool, well-equipped gym, sports courts and clubhouse.
This amazing villa certainly has the magical Disney feeling about it, with lots of little touches throughout the home that remind you of exactly where you are! The family lounge area is centrally placed and has comfy sofas and armchairs in front of a large flatscreen TV and doors leading outside to the sunshine on the southeast-facing pool deck. The kitchen is open-plan and well-equipped with everything you might need and there are 2 dining tables for you to choose from, one at the front of the villa and the other one overlooking the pool deck.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa on the right and has a four-poster King-size bed, doors to the pool deck and en-suite bathroom, also with a door leading to the pool area. Bedroom 2 also has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 will appeal to fans of Frozen and has been furnished with a Double bed; this room is next to Bedroom 4 which is a Star Wars-themed room with Bunk beds. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs so there is no need to miss out on watching your favourite shows.
The games room has got cinema-style seats for the whole family, a large projector screen and a popcorn maker. All you need to do is agree which film to watch and sit back and relax. As soon as the movie ends, challenge each other to some of the games on offer including table football and bowling. Extra activities can be found at the clubhouse, a few minutes’ drive or 15 minute walk from here. This is where you can find some of the best resort facilities in the Disney area, including a heated swimming pool, separate spa, Tiki bar, play area, games room, well-equipped gym and outdoor courts for tennis and volleyball.
The southeast-facing pool and spa has a covered dining area, seating options and a grassy bank at the rear of the property giving good privacy. There is access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom so no need to go rushing through the house with wet feet.
