Sitting near the junction of the popular US192 and the US27 on the gated Clermont community of HighGrove, this 4 bedroom privately owned rental villa is a great choice for your Orlando holiday. The relaxing pool and spa deck is a great place to return home to each evening after a day of thrills and spills on the rollercoasters, and the games room will be the scene of many happy holiday memories as the kids let off steam. Disney World can be reached in as little as 20 minutes from here, with Universal, the home of Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, being about half an hour's drive away. Shops, bars and restaurants are easily reached from HighGrove, with the nearest venue being a popular British pub at the community gates, offering meals and regular entertainment, saving you the trouble of having to drive every night of your holiday.
As soon as you walk through the door of this comfortable villa you can settle into holiday mode and unpack your suitcases. The open-plan living accommodation has been designed with families in mind so that you are never far away from your nearest and dearest. The lounge is at the rear of the villa and has lots of natural light, comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the pool deck. The kitchen is on the right-hand side of the villa and has been equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and pots and pans you are likely to need. The breakfast bar is a great place to enjoy snacks and drinks at any time, or you can gather at the dining table in the kitchen for meals or family chats over a game of cards.
The Main bedroom is to the left of the lounge and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is on the right of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed, doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the left of the front door, they each have Twin beds and have been decorated in a style that would suit all guests. They are separated by an en-suite bathroom shared by both bedrooms.
The well-equipped games room provides a pool table, table football and air hockey games for the whole family to be able to get involved in a little friendly competition to find out who the best, or worst, player is. Community facilities, just a couple of minutes walk from here include a solar-heated swimming pool, separate spa, well-equipped gym, TV lounge with pool table and an outdoor playground for small children.
After a busy day exploring the theme parks come back home to your villa and relax out on the pool deck. With a covered dining area, refreshing private pool and a relaxing spa, this is a great spot to recharge your batteries. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck.
High Grove is an extremely popular, peaceful, gated community in Clermont, close to Disney World at the point where the US192 meets the US27. The private rental villas here often have a games room and a private pool and spa with a south or west-facing outlook.
