Sitting on the peaceful Lake Berkley gated community in Kissimmee is this homely 4 bedroom privately owned rental villa with an amazing lake view from the private pool deck. Guests staying here have full access to the resort facilities at the clubhouse, a 5 minute walk from the villa, including heated swimming pool, spa, splash zone, gym, picnic area and outdoor sports courts. The character meet and greets at Disney World as well as all the rides and attractions can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove being just 20-25 minutes away. Universal Resorts, including Orlando's thrilling new theme park, Epic Universe, in addition to Volcano Bay water park, is a 25-30 minute car drive from here. Restaurants, fast food outlets and shops, including a 24hr Walmart superstore, are available on the US192 which sits just a few miles away.
The large open-plan living area has been designed so that no matter where you are in the villa, you will never be far away from other family members. The main lounge is at the rear of the villa and has comfy sofas and a large flatscreen TV, perfect for gathering everybody together to watch a movie. Patio doors lead conveniently to the sunny pool deck from here so an eye can be kept on the youngsters splashing around in the pool. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and appliances so that preparing a meal will be a pleasure, with the nearby dining table being the place everybody can enjoy meals as a group and chat about the exciting day you’ve just had.
The Main bedroom is at the rear of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, door to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom which also has a door leading outside. Bedroom 2 is towards the front of the villa and has been furnished with a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 has a set of Bunk beds and this is next to Bedroom 4 which has Twin beds and has been decorated in a style that would suit younger family members. So that everybody can watch what they want to when they go to bed at night, each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV.
Guests staying here are just 5 minutes’ walk from the clubhouse which has a whole range of community facilities guests can use, including a swimming pool, spa, splash zone, gym, picnic areas and outdoor courts for tennis, volleyball and basketball.
After busy days exploring Orlando’s theme parks you can return to the villa to enjoy long quality evenings with your loved ones on the pool deck. Those with energy left can splash around in the private pool and spa, whilst those that are worn out can sit at the table with a glass of something chilled looking out over the lake. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck.
Lake Berkley, a highly recommended, gated Kissimmee community, close to Disney World, was completed in 2002. Our rental villas here range in size from 3 to 6 bedrooms and many have a south or west-facing private pool and spa, games rooms and beautiful lake views. Community facilities includes a heated swimming pool, gym, outdoor sports courts, fishing lake, BBQ area and jogging and walking trail. Orlando’s major tourist attractions, including Disney World and Universal Resorts, can be reached within 15 - 30 minutes. Shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses can be found much closer.
