Alternatively, head over to the community clubhouse, less than 10 minutes’ walk from here, to mingle with other holidaymakers and try out the gym, swim in the heated pool, relax in the spa, play on the sports courts or even do a spot of wildlife watching around the community lakes. If you fancy dining out, there are hundreds of restaurants along the US192 to choose from, satisfying all tastes, budgets and appetites. The rides and parades of Disney World are just 15-20 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 20-25 minutes from here. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the other attractions at Universal Resort can be reached in as little as 25-30 minutes from Lake Berkley.
This comfortable villa is the perfect place to spend quality time with your family, away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s famous attractions. Close to the front of the villa is a dining table with 6 chairs, a great spot for mealtimes or evenings together chatting and playing games. Through an archway is the large, open-plan kitchen where meal preparation would be a pleasure. A small dining table sits between the kitchen and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck. The family lounge is filled with lots of natural light coming from the doors and windows overlooking the pool and has ample comfy seating arranged in front of a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, perfect for movie nights together.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the lounge on the ground floor and has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs on the left, it has a King-size bed. Bedroom 3 is downstairs at the front of the villa, it has a Queen-size bed and is close to the downstairs family bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are upstairs next to each other, they both have Twin beds and are decorated and furnished in a style that would suit all holidaymakers. With a TV in every bedroom, all guests can retire to their room for an early night and watch their choice of programme.
Do you have a competitive side? If so, you’ll love spending time in the games room of this villa. Take a seat on the sofa and stools as you wait for your turn on the pool table, air hockey or table football game. Extra activities can be found at the clubhouse, less than 10 minutes’ walk from here, including a pool and spa, gym, fishing lake and outdoor courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball.
The south-facing private pool deck is a great place to spend time with the family. Enjoy splashing about with the kids in the pool or lounging about in the sunshine. As the evening draws in, take a seat under the covered dining area and enjoy a bite to eat as you discuss the next day’s plans.
Lake Berkley, a highly recommended, gated Kissimmee community, close to Disney World, was completed in 2002.
