The villa is situated on the Laurel Estates community, a US27 development in Davenport with open spaces, children’s playgrounds and BBQ and picnic areas for you to enjoy. The magic and excitement of Disney World is just 15-20 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove a 20-25 minute car journey away. Universal Resorts is less than half an hour from Laurel Estates and this is where you will find The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Berry Town Center is a couple of miles away up the US27 and has a Publix supermarket, British bar and selection of family restaurants. A few miles further north is the junction of the US192, you’ll be taking this route if you visit Disney World and there are hundreds of restaurant options along this popular road, taking care of all budgets, appetites and dietary requirements. The I-4 Highway is a few miles south of Laurel Estates and this road, running east to west across Florida, will lead you easily to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and some fabulous award-winning beaches on both coastlines.
With plenty of room for everyone to come together as one large group, as well as enjoying those quiet moments alone or as a couple, this villa provides everybody the chance to fully relax and recharge their batteries. The lounge, at the rear of the villa, is a spacious room, with comfy sofas for all the family to gather together for a movie night in front of the large flatscreen TV. Doors from here lead outside to the southwest-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out with ease to enjoy the glorious Florida sunshine. A second lounge area upstairs with a sofa and TV ensures everybody can find a cosy spot with no compromise about what to watch! The stylish, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals so you don’t have to go out for dinner every night, and the nearby dining table allows the whole family to gather at meal times, enjoying long conversations together. For casual snacks and drinks throughout the day then perch at the breakfast bar and have a natter.
The spacious Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the other side of the landing and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 would suit guests that want a little extra privacy, it is downstairs next to the front door and has a Double bed and is positioned next to a family bathroom. Back upstairs for Bedroom 4 which has been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that would suit all guests.
A popular feature of this home is the well-equipped games room where you can challenge each other to as many games of pool, air hockey or table football as you wish, keeping score throughout the holiday so you know who the champion is! The community swimming pool, playgrounds with swings and slides and BBQ and picnic areas are just a couple of minutes away from here and guests have full access to these amenities.
The southwest-facing pool deck offers an array of dining and relaxing options; whether you want to put your feet up and enjoy a glass of something chilled, dine alfresco with your family in the sunshine, ease some aching muscles in the spa or soak up a little vitamin D by the pool, it’s all possible. There’s even a table and seating inside the enormous pool so you can enjoy a cold drink while keeping cool yourself! The gorgeous woodland view to the rear of the villa will help you appreciate your time in this villa as you enjoy long summer evenings here.
Laurel Estates sits on the US27 in Davenport, midway between the popular US192 and the I-4 Highway. It is conveniently close to Disney World and Universal theme parks, and even closer to a range of shops, restaurants and golf courses. This is a peaceful, mainly residential, community with a mixture of 3,4 and 5 bedroom privately owned villas. Our vacation villas will often offer games rooms, private pools and spa and a south-or west facing view from the pool deck. There is an outdoor community swimming pool and two play areas for toddlers as well as a BBQ and picnic zone for you to use.
