Berry Town Center is less than a mile away and has a selection of family restaurants, a British bar and a Publix supermarket, the US192 is a couple of miles away in the other direction and has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways for you to try, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary concerns. Travelling along the same road can get you to Disney World in about 15-20 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes’ drive from here. Harry Potter fans can be at Universal Resorts in 35-40 minutes. Orlando's newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe can be reached in 35-40 minutes from your villa and is where you can explore four thrilling worlds, from SUPER NINTENDO WORLD to How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk. For more attractions, travel along the nearby I-4 Highway, a road that leads to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center and some of Florida’s award-winning beaches.
This home from home is the perfect choice for your family and you will be able to relax as soon as you step foot inside the villa. The open-plan accommodation offers plenty of space for everybody to be able to find their own quiet spot, and yet still enjoy some quality time together. Just inside the entrance is a formal lounge area with comfy seating and a window overlooking the front garden, this is a great place to sit and chat together or read a book in peace and quiet. The second lounge area is at the rear of the villa and has a large family-size sofa, flatscreen TV and doors leading to the south-facing pool deck. On the landing there is another quiet area, again, an ideal spot to sit and bury yourself in your favourite novel as you recharge your batteries. The central kitchen has everything you might need, no matter if it’s heating up a pizza, making a packed lunch or preparing a special meal for your family. The breakfast bar is a great place to sit and chat with the nominated chef while sipping on a glass of something chilled. There are two dining tables inside the villa, one is next to the front lounge and the other one overlooks the pool deck, either one of these would also make the ideal location for an evening of playing cards or board games with the kids.
The Main bedroom is upstairs at the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is across the other side of the landing and has a Queen-size bed and this is close to the Twin-bedded Bedroom 5 which has a fun Minnie Mouse theme. A family bathroom is positioned between these bedrooms. Downstairs and to the right of the TV lounge is Bedroom 3 with a Queen-size bed and a door to the pool deck. The Star Wars-themed Bedroom 4 is also downstairs and has Twin beds, the second family bathroom is positioned between these bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own TV so there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their choice of programme.
If you have a competitive nature then you might want to spend some time in the games room which has a pool table and table football, spectators, or those waiting to challenge the winner, can take a seat watching the action. The community tennis court is a couple of minutes’ walk away from your villa, close to the BBQ and picnic area and kiddie’s playground.
After a busy day at the parks, or for lazy villa days, relax on the south-facing pool deck with conservation views and enjoy your own private pool and spa, or dine alfresco undercover and chat about the good time you’re having! A pool deck loo means there is no need to go rushing through the house with wet feet.
Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions.
