It offers self-catering accommodation near Disney World, making it a popular choice for family holidays and group travel to Orlando. Inside, the villa features tasteful furnishings throughout, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, multiple lounge areas, spacious bedrooms and a Star Wars-themed games room. Outside, guests can enjoy an extended private pool and spa with scenic views, ample seating and sun loungers, and no overlooking neighbours. The Walt Disney World Resort can be reached in approximately 15–20 minutes, while Discovery Cove and SeaWorld Orlando are both under 30 minutes away. Epic Universe, Orlando’s newest theme park destination, is around 35–40 minutes from the villa. Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, is easily accessed via the I-4 and will take just 35-40 minutes to reach. Local amenities are close by, with Berry Town Center just over a mile away, offering a Publix supermarket and a selection of family restaurants. The lively US192 is also nearby and provides a wide choice of dining options to suit different tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
You will be thankful you chose this amazing villa as soon as you step inside the front door into the first lounge area which has lots of natural light flowing in from the windows and ample comfy sofas so you can sit here and chat together. Continuing through to the back of the villa, the main family lounge is on the left and has windows overlooking the pool deck and a large corner sofa in front of a flatscreen TV, the perfect setting for cosy movie nights. The third lounge area is upstairs, decorated in a fun Superheroes-theme, and with a comfy sectional sofa in front of a flatscreen TV connected to a games console, a great lounge for the kids to claim as their own. The kitchen, downstairs at the back on the right, has modern appliances and all the gadgets and equipment you will need to prepare some tasty family meals and a great breakfast bar for 4 people so you can sit and chat with the nominated chef as you sip a glass of wine. Between the kitchen and main lounge area, and close to doors overlooking the pool deck, is a dining table large enough for the whole family to be able to sit together and celebrate a special occasion.
The Main bedroom is at the top of the stairs and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the landing upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, the only bedroom on the ground floor, is by the first lounge and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are upstairs next to each other, Bedroom 4 has a Mickey Mouse-theme and Twin beds, while the Harry Potter-themed Bedroom 5 has a set of Bunk beds. For the comfort and convenience of guests, all bedrooms have wall-mounted flatscreen TVs so you can retire early and watch your favourite programme as you settle down after a busy day.
There is plenty of fun to be had in the Star Wars-themed games room where you'll find table football, pool table, air hockey table which can be easily converted to table tennis and arcade games.
The extended deck has plenty of seating and sun loungers, so you take full advantage of the glorious Florida sunshine as you sit and relax around the private pool. The refreshing spa will help ease any weary muscles or you can sit around the table with an ice cold drink and start making plans for your next Florida holiday together as you look out across the scenic views behind the villa. Legacy Park is large community just off the US27 and is divided into 7 smaller subdivisions, including The Retreat. Being close to Disney makes this a popular community for theme park fans, and the large private villas on offer here benefit from having games rooms and south or west facing pools looking out over conservation areas. With restaurants and fast food outlets to suit all tastes and budgets along both sides of the nearby US192 you will never be short of dining options.
