Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as half an hour from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 35-40 minutes away by car. Universal Resorts, home to Epic Universe, the newest theme park in Orlando, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the exciting Islands of Adventure, is 35-40 minutes away from Marbella North travelling via the I-4 Highway. Posner Park, just 10-15 minutes away from here, has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from, taking care of all desires and budgets.
The spacious open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen that is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils needed to fulfill any culinary task and a breakfast bar for 3 people. A nearby dining table has seating for 8 people and is a great setting for mealtimes or fun evenings together playing games and chatting. The downstairs lounge is at the back of the villa and has comfy seating, windows overlooking the west-facing pool deck and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The upstairs lounge, perfect if viewing preferences differ, has a sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV.
The spacious Main bedroom, upstairs at the front of the villa, has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, the only bedroom on the ground floor, has windows overlooking the front garden, a King-size bed and is next to the downstairs bathroom. Bedroom 3, upstairs at the back of the home has a King-size bed; Bedroom 4, upstairs at the front has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 5, a Twin-bedded room, is upstairs at the back of the villa and is decorated in a style that suits all guests. With a flatscreen TV in each bedroom, all guests get the chance to enjoy an early night without missing out on watching their favourite programme.

Marbella North is a small, quiet community just a mile off the US27. Construction started in 2007 and into late 2015 the community is continuing to grow. The community made up of less than 100 villas is centered around the masses of conservation and woodland where you will find some of Florida’s most loved wildlife in their natural habitat. The Disney theme parks along with Universal Studios, SeaWorld and International Drive are all within a 30-minute drive of the community.
