Make sure to top up on drinks and snacks for those lazy days relaxing around your very own pool and spa, by heading a mile south on the US27 to find a Publix supermarket, while 2 miles away at Cagan Crossings is a large Walmart. Head south on the US27 and you will reach the US192, which is home to hundreds of restaurants and fast-food options for your family to enjoy. Disney World, home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios can be reached in 25-30 minutes and is where you family can watch the daily parades and fireworks displays. Orlando’s newest theme park is Epic Universe, which has exciting locations and experience for your family to enjoy, all 40-45 minutes from your villa. Jaw dropping rides are 40-45 minutes away at Universal Resorts, which is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or encounter penguins, polar bears and manatees at SeaWorld, both 35-40 minutes from your villa.

The breakfast bar, as well as additional table offer great spots to enjoy a cold drink, or to start your morning with coffee and pancakes. To the front of the villa is the formal dining table, enjoy a meal here before playing card games all evening. The main family lounge is at the rear of the villa, it has a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door leading to the south-facing pool and spa, so you can watch all your favourite movies here while keeping an eye on your kids as they play in the water. A second lounge is centrally located, with comfy sofa seating and a window overlooking the pool deck, a perfect place to curl up with a book.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the villa and has a King-size bed, doors to the south-facing pool and spa and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the rear with a Queen-size bed, a door to the pool and an en-suite bathroom. Nearby is Bedroom 3 which has a Queen-size bed, while Bedrooms 4 and 5 are at the left of the villa, both with Twin beds and are decorated in styles suitable for guests of all ages. For maximum comfort, all bedrooms in this villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV.
Make your way to the front of the villa to find the air-conditioned games room, well-equipped with a pool table, air hockey, table football, a basketball game and a flatscreen TV. Additionally, community facilities are just a 9 minute walk from your villa and include a children’s play area and tennis courts.
Your very own south-facing pool and spa is a perfect spot to recharge your batteries. With fences on all sides offering good privacy, you can soak your aching muscles in the spa while your kids play in the pool, before you lay back and top up your tan in the Orlando sunshine. A nearby door leads to a bathroom opposite Bedroom 3, so a towel will always be within easy reach. Later, sip on a cold drink at the covered dining table or cook a meal on the complimentary gas BBQ grill, as you chat and make plans for your next Orlando villa vacation.

A nice 5 bedroom villa that I would recommend to anyone. The villa offers lots of privacy and entertainment and guests would definitely have a nice day relaxing on the pool deck which has lots of space.
Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
