This privately owned vacation villa is on Orange Tree, a peaceful Clermont community on the US27. Villa features include 5 bedrooms, 2 lounge areas, a games room and a south-facing pool and spa with no overlooking neighbours and a large, covered dining area. Community facilities on Orange Tree include sports pitches, a catch and release fishing lake and a children’s play area with swings and slides, and customers have full access to these amenities. The fun and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 25-30 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 35-40 minutes away. Universal Resorts will take approximately 40-45 minutes to reach via the I-4 Highway and this is where trips to Orlando's enticing new theme park, Epic Universe, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park can be achieved. Restaurant options suitable for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements can be found in Clermont, a couple of miles north of Orange Tree, or along the US192, a couple of miles south of here.
The spacious open-plan layout will give you and your family the opportunity to experience home from home comfort here in the Sunshine state of Florida. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances and equipment needed for a self-catering holiday and a convenient breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. A nearby dining table, with easy access to the pool deck, is a great place for tea and toast each morning as you start talking about your plans for the day ahead. A larger, high top, dining table is near the front of the villa, a perfect setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. Just inside the entrance of this villa is a formal lounge area, a peaceful place to read a book or chat with a loved one. The main lounge is centrally placed and has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the south-facing pool area.
The Main bedroom is on the right of the front door and has a King-size bed, patio doors leading directly to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, at the back of the villa on the left, has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is adjacent to the second bedroom and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5, to the left of the villa, are each furnished with Twin beds and decorated to suit guests of any age, a family bathroom separates these two rooms. With a flatscreen TV in each bedroom, all guests have the chance to enjoy an early night and still catch the end of their favourite programme.
Head to the games room for some memory making fun as you challenge each other to games of pool or air hockey. Additional community facilities can be found on Orange Tree, including tennis courts, playing fields, children’s play area and a large catch and release fishing lake.
The peaceful, and totally secluded pool deck area is south-facing, giving you maximum chance of getting a suntan as you soak up the vitamin D on one of the many loungers here. The private pool, relaxing spa, covered dining area and scenic view all play their part in making sure this is a great place to recharge your batteries.
Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
