This well-presented, 4 bedroom, privately owned rental villa is on the gated Providence community in Davenport, an award-winning golf and country club resort that is popular with many returning guests year after year. Villa features include enough beds to sleep 9 people, a fun games room, a south-facing private pool and spa with scenic views and plenty of space for the whole family to be able to relax. Resort facilities are a few minutes away from the villa and include heated swimming pools, well-equipped gym, tennis courts and a kiddie’s play area with swings and slides. Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes from here, and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are just 25-30 minutes away. Epic Universe, Orlando's newest theme park, as well as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the other attractions at Universal Resorts can be reached in as little as 30-35 minutes. The nearby I-4 Highway leads to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and some of Florida’s finest sandy beaches. ChampionsGate Village is a few miles away and offers a wide selection of family restaurants you may wish to visit.
The large open-plan living area has been designed with families in mind so that everyone can gather together in one space, spending quality time away from the hustle and bustle of their normal day-to-day lives. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need to put together a family meal or make a picnic to take with you to the beach. Breakfast bar seating allows adults the chance to sit and supervise younger family members, while the nearby dining table also doubles up as a board game playing area for when you’re ready to sit and play and laugh together. If there’s something you want to watch on TV then sit back and relax on the comfy sofas knowing you are still part of the family group.
The Main bedroom, the only bedroom on the ground floor, is at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom which also has a door leading outside. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has been furnished with a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 4 has a Single bed and a set of Bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own TV allowing everybody the chance to watch what they want to with no need to compromise.
The games room will prove to be popular with all the family and has been equipped with a pool table and a table football game so that the family tournaments can begin on day one of your holiday. The resort facilities, a few minutes from the villa, include heated swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, tennis courts, kiddie’s play area and walking, jogging and cycling trails within the community.
The south-facing pool and spa deck has peaceful conservation views to the rear and a large undercover dining area with plenty of seating for the whole family. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom from the pool deck, avoiding any more trails of wet footprints through the villa.
