The kitchen is located to the central right of the home, with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make a tasty meal for your family. The breakfast bar provides a great place to have tea and toast before heading out to explore sunny Orlando. Near the kitchen is the formal dining table, which is a great place to enjoy a meal before playing card games or having a chat. The family lounge is to the back right of the villa with a comfy sectional sofa and flatscreen TV, while a nearby door provides access to the south-facing pool. Watch your favourite movies in the lounge before stepping out for a quick dip in the water.
The Main bedroom is upstairs and to the front right of the villa with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is back upstairs and to the back left with Twin beds and shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 5, which has Twin beds. Both rooms are decorated in a style suitable for guests of all ages. Every bedroom in this villa comes with a flatscreen TV, ensuring guests can watch movies as they drift off to sleep.
Make your way to the games room at the left of the villa to find an air hockey table and a ping-pong table, while those waiting for their turn can watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. Walk 17 minutes or drive for 3 minutes to reach the community facilities, which include 2 heated swimming pools, water slides, a children’s play area, a modern gym and tennis courts for guests looking to remain active.
