Located on the luxury gated resort community of Reunion, on the border of Davenport and Kissimmee, is this privately owned 5 bedroom vacation villa. It features a west-facing pool and spa, private balcony, an air-conditioned games room. Within Reunion are a selection of restaurants, while ChampionsGate Village is just a few miles from your villa, offering additional dining choices as well as a Publix supermarket, where you can pick up drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around the pool and spa. Disney World can be reached in just 10-15 minutes, so make your way to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot to meet all your favourite characters, as well as to see the world famous firework displays. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, has exciting and unique locations and experiences for your family to explore, all within 25-30 minutes of your villa. More jaw dropping excitement can be found 20-25 minutes away at Universal Resorts, which is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Animal lovers will want to visit Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld has penguins and polar bears, just 15-20 minutes from your villa. Please note that this villa does NOT have membership to the community water park, tennis or golf but does have access to other facilities such as communal pools.
The well-equipped kitchen is located to the right of the villa with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals for your family. The bar seating is a great place to enjoy a chilled drink throughout the day, or a breakfast of tea and toast. Next to the kitchen is the formal dining table, where you can enjoy a meal or play board games once the dishes have been loaded into the dishwasher. The family lounge is to the back of the villa with a large sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the west-facing pool and spa. Watch all your favourite movies here while keeping an eye on your kids as they have a splash in the water.
The Main bedroom is located upstairs to the rear of the villa, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the front of the villa with a King-size bed, door to a balcony and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the right and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom while the nearby Bedroom 4 has a Disney-theme and a Single and Double bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is the only bedroom on the ground floor and is to the left of the villa, it has a Queen-size bed. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so all guests can relax as they settle down for the night.
Take a break from the Orlando sunshine and head to the air-conditioned games room located at the front of the villa. Inside is a pool table, air hockey, table football and an arcade game. Challenge your family to a game or try and get the highest score possible.
After a day of visiting Orlando, recharge your batteries at your very own west-facing private pool and spa. With conservation views and no overlooking neighbours to the rear, enjoy a relaxing soak in the spa while your kids play in the pool. The stretch out on one of the sun loungers and soak up the Florida sunshine or enjoy a chilled drink at the covered seating area as you chat and make plans for your next Orlando villa vacation. Bedroom 2 features a small balcony, a great place to start your morning watching the sunrise with tea or coffee.
Reunion Resort is located just off the Old Lake Wilson Road, 3 miles south of the I-4 highway just 10 minutes from the Disney theme parks. With an abundance of community facilities, which include 11 swimming pools, 3 golf courses and 6 restaurants there is plenty to do for the entire family.
