This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa is situated close to the entrance of the gated resort community of Solana in Davenport. It features a private pool and spa, a games room and is just a 3 minute walk from the resort facilities, where you will find an outside heated swimming pool, hot tub, kids play area and a licenced Tiki bar selling chilled drinks. There is also a TV lounge, well-equipped gym, games arcade and computer room within the clubhouse. About a mile away from your villa is an iHop and Applebee’s at Berry Town Center, as well as a couple more independent restaurants and a Publix supermarket, where you can pick up drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around the pool and spa. For further dining options, head north to reach the US192 which is home to hundreds more restaurants. Disney World can be reached in 20-25 minutes, so hop in your car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to create unforgettable memories to last a lifetime. Make sure to visit Epic Universe - Orlando’s newest theme park, where you will find incredible and unique experiences, 40-45 minutes from your villa. Universal Resorts is 35-40 minutes away and offers further jaw dropping thrills at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Travel 30-35 minutes to reach Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins or ride the Mako rollercoaster at SeaWorld.
The kitchen is to the right of the villa, equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make tasty meals, while a nearby table offers a great place to start your day with coffee and toast, or enjoy a drink and snack throughout the day. To the left of the villa is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal and then play board games all evening. The main family lounge is to the back of the villa with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door to the private pool and spa, so you can keep an eye on your kids playing in the water while you watch a movie. At the front of the villa is a second lounge with comfy sofa seating, the perfect spot to curl up with a book.
The Main bedroom is located to the back left of the villa, with a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool and spa and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the front right of the villa with a King-size bed, while the nearby Bedroom 3 has Twin beds. The Mickey Mouse-themed Bedroom 4 is to the back right and has Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so guests can watch their favourite programmes as they drift off to sleep.
Head to the games room located at the front of the villa to find table football and air hockey, offering entertainment for your family. Walk just 3 minutes to reach the resort facilities which has a clubhouse with a TV lounge, well-equipped gym, games arcade and a computer room. Outside is a heated swimming pool, hot tub, children’s play area and Tiki bar selling chilled drinks. There are also a beach volleyball court and mini golf for guests with an interest in sport.
