The villa has 5 generously-sized bedrooms, 2 lounge areas, a modern kitchen and dining area, an air-conditioned games room and an extended outside area with a private pool and spa, large covered dining area and a lake view to the rear, giving you the chance to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living. The resort facilities can be found at the clubhouse, a simple 15 minute stroll away from here, or just 3 minutes away by car. These amenities ensure there are plenty of entertainment and relaxation options for everyone and include a heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa, sunbathing terrace, play area, sports courts and a modern gym. The fun and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove only 20-25 minutes away. Orlando's newest theme park is Epic Universe, reached in 30-35 minutes while Universal Resorts, less than half an hours drive away, is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Restaurant options at the nearby ChampionsGate Village serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and cater for all tastes and dietary requirements.

The downstairs lounge area, with easy access to the pool deck, has comfy seating and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. If viewing preferences differ then you can head upstairs to the second lounge area, this one has lots of comfy seating and another wall-mounted flatscreen TV ensuring everyone can find a cosy spot to unwind.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool deck, a great choice for early risers or for guests that want a little extra privacy. The large Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, also upstairs at the back is Bedroom 3 with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is a Star Wars-themed room with a Queen-size bed and this is close to Bedroom 5, a charming Mickey Mouse-themed room with Twin beds. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice as they relax after a long day at the parks.
Make cherished memories together in the air-conditioned games room where you can have a blast playing pool or exploring the various games available on one of the three gaming consoles. The community facilities, 3 minutes’ drive away at the clubhouse, include a heated swimming pool, a lazy river, a separate spa, sunbathing terrace with loungers and cabanas, a well-equipped gym, play area and outdoor courts are also available for those eager to engage in beach volleyball or tennis matches.
After exhausting days at the shopping malls or theme parks, return home to your villa for some well-deserved rest and relaxation together. The northwest-facing private pool has easy access steps and handrails so that everybody can enjoy time in the water and the spa is a great place to soothe any tired muscles. Beautiful decorated, modern 5 bedroom villa on gated resort of Solterra! Very clean and well managed with very well equipped kitchen. Peaceful location with gorgeous lake view from pool deck with spa. Well equipped air-conditioned games room!
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
