Locate on Solterra, a popular gated resort community in Davenport, is this privately owned 5 bedroom Orlando vacation villa. It features a pool and spa, an air-conditioned games room, 2 lounge areas and is just a 4 minute drive from the resort facilities, which include a clubhouse with a heated swimming pool, a lazy river and spa, while inside is a modern gym, TV lounge and computer room. For guests interested in keeping active, there are also tennis and beach volleyball courts to enjoy. A couple of miles from your villa is a Publix supermarket on the corner of Lake Wilson Road and Osceola Parkway, where you can grab drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around your pool and spa. Just 5 minutes from your villa is ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages, which both have a wide range of restaurants and take-aways to choose from. Disney World can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes, so hop in your car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to see the daily firework displays. Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, is 30-35 minutes and has unique locations for your family to explore, full of enjoyable experiences. Jaw dropping rides are at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all 25-30 minutes away. Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove, while SeaWorld has penguins and manatees, both just 20-25 minutes away.

The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom which has doors to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and to the back right with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 has a Frozen-theme, Bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. The Mario-themed Bedroom 4 is at the back left with Bunk beds, while the nearby Bedroom 5 has a Star Wars-theme and Bunk beds. For additional comfort and convenience, all bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV.
The air-conditioned games room is located at the font of the villa, offering entertainment in the form of a pool table, air hockey and a basketball game. Challenge your family to be villa champion while those waiting their turn can watch movies on the flatscreen TV. There is also a table football game in the upstairs lounge. More entertained can be found at the resort facilities which can be reached with a 4 minute drive. At the clubhouse, you will find a computer room, modern gym, TV lounge, heated swimming pool, lazy river and a spa. Guests can also find a friendly game at the tennis and beach volleyball courts, available for your use.
After a day of exploring Orlando, unwind at your very own swimming pool and spa. While your kids play in the pool, have a relaxing soak in the spa, before laying back to dry off under the Florida sunshine. A nearby door provides instant access to the en-suite bathroom for the Main bedroom, so a towel can be grabbed without any mad dashes through the villa. A nice 5 bedroom vacation on Solterra. The home is themed and decorated in a very fun way with two large lounges and a projector and screen on the pool deck. The home also has an air-conditioned game rooms and it’s very comfortable and well equipment.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
