Located on the popular gated Davenport resort community of Solterra is this privately owned 6 bedroom Orlando vacation villa. It features a swimming pool and spa, 2 lounge areas, a games room and is just a 2 minute drive from the resort facilities, which include a heated swimming pool, a lazy river and a spa, while inside the clubhouse is a modern gym, internet room and TV lounge. Sporty guests can find a friendly game at the beach volleyball and tennis courts that are available for use. Grab drinks and snacks for those lazy days relaxing around your very own pool and spa by heading to the Publix supermarket located a few miles away on the corner of Lake Wilson Road and Osceola Parkway. About 5 minutes from your villa is ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages, which both have a wide range of restaurants for you to choose from, offering everything from burgers to sushi, pizza to salads. Alternatively, the US192 is a few miles away and has hundreds more options. Disney World can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes and is where you can watch the daily parades at Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Travel 30-35 minutes and you’ll reach Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, which has unique experiences at 4 exciting locations. Universal Resorts are where you’ll find jaw dropping rides at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay waterpark, all reached in 25-30 minutes. Finally, drive just 20-25 minutes to reach Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins while SeaWorld has penguin and manatee encounters.

The breakfast bar is a great spot to enjoy a cold drink throughout the day or start off your morning with coffee and toast. The formal dining table is opposite, enjoy a meal here before playing board games all evening. The main family lounge is to the back of the villa and has comfy sofa seating, a flatscreen TV and a door leading to the pool and spa. Watch all your favourite movies here before stepping out for a quick dip in the water. Upstairs is a second lounge with a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV and an arcade game. This is a perfect spot for younger guests to claim as their own space.
The only bedroom on the ground floor, the Main bedroom is at the back left of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, which has a door leading to the pool and spa. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 is at the front left of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the Avatar-themed Bedroom 3 is at the back right and has a King-size bed and nearby is the Frozen-themed Bedroom 4, which has Twin beds. The Star Wars-themed Bedroom 5 is at the left of the villa and has Bunk beds, while the Lego-themed Bedroom 6 is opposite and has Twin beds. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV so guests can watch their favourite movies as they relax and unwind.
At the front of the villa is the games room, equipped with a basketball game, a pool table and air hockey, providing plenty of entertainment for your whole family. Additionally, in the upstairs lounge is an arcade machine. Drive just 2 minutes to reach the resort facilities, with the clubhouse offering an internet room, modern gym and TV lounge, while outside is a heated swimming pool, a lazy river and a spa. There is also beach volleyball and tennis courts for guests with an interest in sport.
After a day of exploring Orlando, recharge your batteries at your very own swimming pool and spa. While you give your aching muscles a relaxing soak, your kids can play in the pool, before you lay back to top up your vitamin D in the Florida sunshine. A nearby door leads directly into the en-suite bathroom for the Main bedroom, so a towel will always be within reach. As the day draws to a close, enjoy an alfresco meal at the covered dining table or sip on a cold drink at the covered seating area while you watch a movie on the poolside TV.

This is a very nice home, it is well maintained. The extra upstairs lounge makes a huge difference and is very comfortable. Several aspects of the home are themed and decorated tastefully. All of the beds are comfortable and in good condition. The games room is well-equipped and the pool area is a great place to sit and relax while watching TV on the outside screen.
Refurbishment work to some of the resort facilities is due to be carried out between September and December 2026. The lazy river is will close from 8 September, with work on the swimming pool and hot tub starting on 22 September. We anticipate these facilities reopening on 14 December 2026, although this may be subject to change. The clubhouse, and all other facilities, will continue operate. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The work is outside our control. If you have an existing booking and have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Solterra have introduced a 'Resort Facilities Fee'. This fee is $35 for parties of up to 12 people and $45 for parties of 12 and more. This covers all guests and for the duration of your stay. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day and is only payable if you intend to use the facilities. If for example, your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
