The villa also features a swimming pool and spa and is just a few minutes stroll from community facilities. Here you will find community swimming pools, kids’ playground and tennis courts, while there is also Top Tracer Golf next to the clubhouse. Within walking distance of your villa is a large Walmart, so make sure to grab drinks and snacks for lazy days relaxing around the pool and spa. If you fancy a break from cooking then the Southern Dunes clubhouse serves breakfast, lunch and dinner or alternatively, head south on the US27 to find Manny’s Chop House and a few other restaurants. Disney World can be reached in 25-30 minutes, so hop in your car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot so you can meet all your favourite characters. Orlando’s newest theme park is Epic Universe, which is where you can find unique experiences in 4 amazing locations, all 40-45 minutes away. Adrenaline pumping rides are 35-40 minutes from your villa at Universal Resorts, which has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Animal lovers will want to visit Discovery Cove to swim with dolphins, while SeaWorld has the Kraken and Mako rollercoasters, all just 30-35 minutes away.
