Also within a few miles of your villa are a few Publix supermarkets, where you can pick up snacks and drinks for days when you want to relax around the pool. Disney World can be reached in 15-20 minutes, so hop in your car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to meet all your favourite characters and create unforgettable memories. More excitement can be found by travelling 30-35 minutes to visit Orlando’s newest theme park – Epic Universe, to discover the experiences it offers in locations such as Super Nintendo World and Dark Universe. Enjoy jaw dropping thrills at Universal Resorts, with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all 25-30 minutes away. Alternatively, 20-25 minutes from your villa, you can swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or ride Pipeline: The Surf Coaster at SeaWorld.
The centrally located kitchen is the perfect place for the designated chef to make delicious meals for your whole family, equipped with all the appliances and utensils they will need. Start your morning with tea and toast at the breakfast bar or the nearby table, before you head out for a day of fun. At the rear of the villa is the formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal and then play board games. The main family lounge is to the back of the villa with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door leading to the south-facing pool. Watch all your favourite movies here before stepping out for a quick dip in the water. At the front of the villa is a second lounge with comfy sofa seating and a flatscreen TV, helpful if some guests don’t want to miss their favourite programmes.
With a window overlooking the front garden, the Main bedroom is to the right of the villa with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom which has a door to the south-facing pool. Bedroom 2 is at the back left of the villa with a Queen-size bed, doors leading to the pool and an en-suite bathroom, which also has doors to the pool. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the villa with a Queen-size bed while the nearby Bedroom 4 has Twin beds and is decorated in a style suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms in this vacation villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV so guests can watch movies as they drift off to sleep.
Head to the games room located at the front of the villa to practice your trick shots on the pool table or have a game of ping-pong.
After a long day of exploring Orlando, relax at your very own spacious south-facing private pool. With lake views and no overlooking neighbours to the rear of the villa, you can enjoy a swim in the cooling water before laying back and topping up your tan under the Florida sunshine. Doors lead to either the en-suite bathroom for the Main bedroom or Bedroom 2, so a towel can be easily found without leaving wet footprints throughout the villa. After your swim, enjoy a chilled drink and snack at the covered dining table, while chatting and making plans for your next Orlando villa vacation.
Built between 1992 and 1996, Sunridge Woods is a large, peaceful community on the Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport, surrounded by beautiful conservation and natural lakes. Good road links, such as the I-4 Highway and the US192, are within a short driving distance, making a visit to any of Orlando’s main attractions as easy as possible. The Disney World theme parks are just 15-20 minutes away and Universal Resorts will take less than half an hour to reach. The stunning, tree-lined streets provide a perfect backdrop for a morning walk or jog.
