This comfortable home from home is tastefully decorated and furnished and will help you and your family relax as you enjoy quality time together here in Florida. The open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen that has been equipped with all the necessary appliances, gadgets and utensils needed for a self-catering holiday. A breakfast table overlooks the pool deck and is the perfect setting for your morning coffee as you start making plans for the day ahead. A second dining table is nearby, an ideal place for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The main family lounge is at the rear of the villa, it is filled with lots of natural light and has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out to the southwest-facing pool area. The front lounge has windows overlooking the garden and comfy seating, making this a great place to sit and relax with a loved one or your favourite novel after a busy day at the parks.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed, balcony looking out across the natural lake and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the rear of the villa on the right and is a Mickey Mouse-themed room with Twin beds. Bedroom 4, at the front of the villa upstairs, has Twin beds and is decorated in a style to suit all guests. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means that everybody gets the chance to watch their favourite programme as they drift off to sleep at night.
The games room is downstairs at the front of the villa and has a ping pong table, a table football game and seating for spectators. The community facilities are a couple of minutes away from here and include an outside swimming pool, kiddie’s play area and a fishing lake with jetty that is popular in the evening with guests wanting to watch the Disney fireworks.
The southwest-facing deck area has a beautiful lake view to the rear as well as a private pool, kiddies splash pool, covered dining area and lots of seating options, making this the perfect place to recharge your batteries at the end of a long day.
