As soon as you enter this privately owned vacation villa you will find the spacious family lounge with enough comfy sofa seating for all guests and a flatscreen TV, perfect for family movie night. The centrally located kitchen has all the utensils and gadgets need to make tasty meals, while the breakfast bar and nearby additional table is where you can start your morning of exploring Orlando with coffee and toast. The formal dining table is at the back of the villa, near to doors leading to the pool deck. Enjoy a meal here before playing board games, while younger guests can come-and-go as they please.
The Main bedroom is located at the back right of the villa and has a King-size bed, a door to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the front left of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is located to the left and has Bunk beds, while the nearby Bedroom 4 has Twin beds.
Head to the garage at the front of the villa to find a ping-pong table, offering fun for your family. For more entertainment, walk just 8 minutes to reach the resort facilities which includes a heated swimming pool, a Tiki bar serving cold drinks, a well-equipped gym, sauna, children’s play area and a games room with arcade machines. Our privately owned rental villas have games rooms, south or west-facing conservation views, private pool and spa and they all have access to the excellent resort facilities which include a heated swimming pool, Tiki bar, health spa, sports courts, fishing lake, and fully equipped gym. Orlando's other top attractions can easily be reached from here, as can the US192 with its wide range of restaurants and take-aways.
This community has recently introduced Car Parking Passes to stop unauthorized vehicles being parked on the community. This fee is $25 for the duration of your stay. Although you may have a driveway at the villa to use, this fee will also apply to those parking on a villa driveway. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day. If, for example your flight is delayed and the clubhouse is closed when you arrive, then you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange payment.
