Laze in the sunshine on the south-facing pool *deck with *conservation views to the rear of this four bedroom villa on the gated Watersong community or make happy memories together playing in the games room. From here you can reach the Disney parks within 20 minutes, while both SeaWorld and Universal Studios are only a few minutes further along the I-4 Highway. Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe, can be reahed in 35-40 minutes and offers exciting new worlds for your family to explore. Stop off at the shops, bars and restaurants lining the US192, north of the community, on your way back from the parks, or head west to Posner Park shopping mall, where you can watch a film at the multiscreen cinema. Make use of the community facilities, which include a fitness centre, community pool and sports courts, or walk the nearby nature trails to spot some of Florida’s native wildlife in its natural habitat.
Near to the centre of the villa is the dining area, where six guests can gather around a large wooden table and enjoy a meal together. Behind the dining area at the rear of the villa is the lounge area, where guests can take the weight off of their feet and relax on the sofas and chairs in front of the TV. Behind the lounge are large doors leading out to the pool deck. Also at the rear of the villa, on the right-hand side, is the kitchen, which has white appliances. It has an island with a breakfast bar where two guests can take a seat, as well as a further seat with space for a guest to enjoy a quick bite to eat at the rear of the kitchen.
The Main bedroom is at the rear of the villa on the right, and has a King-size bed, door to the pool and an en-suite bathroom, which also has a door leading to the pool. Near to the Main bedroom is Bedroom 2, which also has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom which is shared with the house. Bedroom 3 is at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with the nearby Bedroom 4, furnished with Twin beds. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV, making early nights even more relaxing at the end of a long day.
Challenge your family members to a tournament in the carpeted games room at the front of the villa. Play pool and table football or wait patiently on the seating for your turn to come round! The community facilities, a few minutes away from here include a heated swimming pool, spa, sunbathing deck, gym, games room and outdoor sports courts.
Relax in the spa, swim in the private pool, or just laze about in the sun on the south-facing patio deck at the rear of the villa. As the evening draws in, why not enjoy a meal on the table and chairs under the covered dining area, while taking in the conservation views behind your villa; can you spot any native Floridian wildlife?
