Located on the Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport is this 4 bedroom, privately owned, vacation villa on the Sanctuary, a small gated subdivision of the larger West Haven development. Features include a family games room for memory-making times together and a west-facing private pool and spa deck with no rear neighbours. Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 20-25 minutes away by car, while Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe, can be reached in 30-35 minutes. Universal Resorts is where you will be able to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and Islands of Adventure, and you can here in less than half an hour. To the north of the community is the US192 which hosts a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants which suit most tastes and budgets. After a long day doing the tourist trail around Florida's hotspots, you can retire to your villa to enjoy your games room, which houses a pool table and a table football game. Alternatively, you can lounge around on the west-facing pool deck, stretching out on the sunloungers provided or making use of your own private pool, spa, and covered dining area where you could enjoy a family meal together away from the hustle and bustle of the parks!
The spacious open-plan layout has been designed so that you and your family can enjoy quality time with each other. The family lounge is towards the back of the villa and has lots of natural light and comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is nearby and has been equipped with all the appliances and gadgets you are likely to need. The dining table has seating for 6 people and windows overlooking the west-facing pool deck, a great place for meals or evening fun playing board games together.
The Main bedroom is at the rear of the villa, just off the main lounge and contains a King-size bed, patio doors to the west-facing pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is centrally placed away from all others and has a King-size bed, this room is next to a bathroom. Bedroom 3 has been furnished with a Queen-size bed and this room shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 4, furnished with Twin beds. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV so if you want to go to bed early after a long day you can still watch your favourite programme as you drift off to sleep.
Head to the games room for some memory-making evenings together as you challenge each other to games of pool or table football.
The large west-facing outside area has no rear neighbours and a private pool and spa as well as a covered dining area so guests can relax and enjoy each others' company over a meal, away from the ever-popular tourist attractions! The pool deck loo means there will be no more mad sprints through the villa with wet feet!
West Haven is a highly recommended Davenport community close to Disney World and is divided into a number of smaller gated sub-communities. Sanctuary is one of these and has 130 privately owned rental villas, each with their own swimming pool and spa. Many of these also feature a games room and a south or west-facing pool deck. Orlando’s famous Disney World theme parks are just 15-20 minutes away, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 20-25 minutes and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park is less than half an hour's drive away.
