The popular US192 is a few miles away and has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways on offer, enough to satisfy all tastes, budgets and dietary concerns, with a smaller selection to choose from at Berry Town Center a mile away from here, which also has a Publix supermarket.
The furnishings throughout this villa are homely and traditional, creating a relaxing atmosphere to help you settle in quickly after unpacking your suitcase. The open-plan accommodation includes the large central kitchen that has been equipped with all the pots and pans and utensils you might need to help prepare some tasty family meals. A small dining table within the kitchen is a great spot for cereal and orange juice in the morning as you plan your day ahead, with a larger dining table nearby for the whole family to dine together or enjoy an evening of playing cards and board games. The lounge is at the rear of the villa and has modern comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and doors leading to the west-facing pool deck outside.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with doors leading to the sunny pool deck. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the lounge and has a Queen-size bed, this is close to Bedroom 3 which has Twin beds and has been decorated and furnished in a style that would suit all guests. Each bedroom has its own TV so there is no need to compromise about which programmes you get to watch.
The games room is the place to be if you want to escape the hot sun, it has been equipped with a table football game, a ping-pong table, a basketball game and seating for spectators. The community facilities are a short walk away and include a swimming pool, gym and BBQ and picnic areas.
The west-facing pool deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine, with privacy hedges to both sides and no directly overlooking neighbours to the rear, you will be able to sit out here on lazy villa days or evenings after returning from the parks and watch the kids splash around in the pool. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of the Main bedroom so there is no need to go running through the house with wet feet.
