Disney theme parks are just 10 minutes along the road, Orlando's newest theme park - Epic Universe in 30 minutes away, SeaWorld is 15 minutes away and Universal is less than half an hour’s drive from here. Resort facilities, including heated swimming pool, water park, well-equipped gym, cinema and sports courts are a 10-15 minute stroll through the community, or 2-3 minutes by car. The popular US192 is a couple of miles away and this is where you can find hundreds of different dining options to satisfy all tastes and budgets.
The large open-plan living area has a family TV lounge with plenty of seating for everybody, a flatscreen TV and doors leading outside to the pool deck. The kitchen, with modern appliances and granite worktops, is at the heart of the villa and has a formal dining area close by as well as a smaller dining table overlooking the pool. This is an ideal place to sit and enjoy breakfast every morning.
The Main bedroom sits to the left of the living room and has a King-size bed, windows overlooking the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and has a King-size bed, opposite this is Bedroom 4 which has Twin beds and has been decorated in a Frozen theme. Bedroom 5 is downstairs and has Bunk beds and a Star Wars theme to please young sci-fi fans. With a flatscreen TV in every bedroom, all guests get to choose what they want to watch as they drift off to sleep each night.
The fun games room has been equipped with a pool table and a multi-screen video games area that could provide hours of entertainment. Additional facilities can be found at the clubhouse, a 10-15 walk from here, including a lagoon-style outdoor swimming pool, water park, well-equipped gym, cinema and games room.

Windsor Hills is a highly recommended gated Kissimmee resort, and one of the closest communities to Disney World. With Orlando’s other theme parks Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, all within an easy driving distance. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are within a 2 mile drive of here on the US192. Many of our privately owned rental villas on this resort have a family games room or south or west-facing pool and spa. Facilities here include heated swimming pool, kiddie's water park, gym, sports courts, cinema, BBQ area and 24 hour manned security at the entrance gate.
A maximum of 3 cars is allowed per property on Windsor Hills. These must be parked on the driveway of the villa and must not block the sidewalks or be parked on the streets or grass. Additional parking locations are located near the clubhouse. Quiet times for Windsor Hills are from 11pm to 7am.
