Disney World is just 20-25 minutes from your villa and is home to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, all offering to fill your days with jaw dropping thrills and unforgettable memories. Epic Universe is Orlando's newest theme park and is 35-40 minutes from your villa, featuring 4 colourful and unique worlds for you to explore. Universal Resorts can be reached in 35-40 minutes and are where you can taste a Butterbeer at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, ride log flumes at Volcano Bay water park and find adrenaline pumping rides at Islands of Adventure. Alternatively swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove or see all kinds of marine life at SeaWorld, both just 30-35 minutes from your villa.
Let this vacation villa be your home away from home during your visit to sunny Orlando. The well-equipped kitchen is located centrally to the left, with all the appliances and utensils required to make tasty meals for your family. At the kitchen is breakfast bar seating, an ideal place to start your day of theme parks with tea and toast. To the right of the villa is a formal dining table where you can enjoy a meal and a chat. Towards the back left of the villa is a family lounge with a large flatscreen TV, sofa seating and nearby doors leading to the south-facing pool. Watch your favourite programmes here while keeping an eye on the kids as they swim in the water. Upstairs is a second lounge with a flatscreen TV, sofa seating, a small formal table and a shuffleboard game. This would be an ideal place for younger guests to claim as their own during your stay.
The Main bedroom is located on the ground floor towards the back right of the villa. It has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, which has a door leading to the south-facing pool. Upstairs and to the front right is Bedroom 2 with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is centrally located on the left with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 4 is at the back right with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 5, which has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 6 is back downstairs and to the front left of the villa with a Queen-size bed. Back upstairs, Bedroom 7 is to the centre right with a Mickey and Friends-theme and Bunk beds. The nearby Bedroom 8 has a Spiderman-theme and Bunk beds. For total comfort and convenience, all bedrooms in this villa come equipped with a flatscreen TV.
While there is no games room in this vacation villa, there is a shuffleboard in the upstairs lounge. For more entertainment, walk just 10 minutes to reach the resort facilities which include a state-of-the-art gym, a games room and TV lounge. Outside is a large, heated swimming pool, water slides, a lazy river, kids splash pool, a hot tub and a Tiki bar selling refreshing drinks. There are also multipurpose sports and beach volleyball courts for guests interested in staying active.

Windsor Island Resort is an exclusive gated community in Kissimmee, close to Disney World and many other Orlando theme parks and popular tourist attractions. With a range of privately owned vacation villas to rent featuring games rooms, home cinemas. Private pool and spa and south or west-facing views, there is something for everybody here. Community facilities are available for all guests during their stay including a heated swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and sports courts.
Guests are required to observe the resort’s parking guidelines. Please ensure that fire hydrants are kept clear at all times, and parking on grassed areas and in Kaipo Road is not permitted. When parking within the resort, do take note of all posted signs, which indicate the correct side of the road for parking. Kerbs marked with blue paint signify that parking is not allowed in those areas. In addition, we ask that you do not park in front of any property where you are not staying, out of consideration for other guests and residents.
