The open-plan downstairs living space includes a lounge area as soon as you walk through the front door, this has comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV. The dining table is next as you continue walking through, it has seating for 8 people and is a great place for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The modern kitchen is at the rear of the downstairs area and has all the appliances, equipment and gadgets you will need if you want to cook a family meal or prepare packed lunches to take to the parks. Patio doors from the kitchen area lead out to the southeast-facing private pool deck. Upstairs is a second family lounge, this one has a large corner sofa positioned in front of a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to the right of the kitchen and has a King-size bed, patio doors leading to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back on the right and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the back on the left and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. At the front of the villa upstairs on the left is Bedroom 4, a Twin-bedded room with an en-suite bathroom, next to this is Bedroom 5, again a Twin-bedded room with an en-suite bathroom.
