Situated on the peaceful Clermont community of Orange Tree, on the US27 a few miles north of the bustling US192, this community is just 20-25 minutes away from Disney World. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove can be reached via the I-4 Highway and will take 30-35 minutes to get to, with Universal Resorts, home to Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, in addition to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park just 35-40 minutes’ drive from here. Dining options, both eat-in or take away, can be found along the US27 towards Clermont or at nearby Cagan Crossing, taking care of all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
The open plan layout of this villa has been planned to give everybody the chance to find their own space and relax away from the hustle and bustle of their normal everyday lives. The entrance lounge is the first room to greet you and has comfy seating and a window looking out over the pool deck. This is a great place to sit and chat or immerse yourself in a novel, yet still being close to other family members. The main lounge is at the back of the villa and has more comfy seating, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the south-facing pool area. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment you are likely to need if you decide to cook a meal for everybody, and the breakfast bar here is a great place for snacks and drinks throughout the daytime. A small dining table close to more doors leading to the pool area is the ideal spot for tea and toast in the morning, with a larger dining table at the front of the villa being a perfect setting for evening meals or fun times together playing board games.
The Main bedroom is set apart from other bedroom and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the left of the villa at the back and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, furnished with a Queen-size bed, is on the right at the back and has an en-suite bathroom that also leads directly to the pool deck. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are to the left of the kitchen and they are Twin-bedded rooms decorated in a style to suit all guests. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom makes early nights even more relaxing after a busy day at the parks.
Kids will enjoy endless hours of fun in the games room as they challenge each other to games of pool or air hockey. Outdoor playing areas can be found on the community, along with tennis courts and a football pitch, as well as a natural fishing lake at the back of the community for any keen anglers in your party.
After long and exhausting days at the theme parks spend time in the sunshine on the south-facing patio area splashing around in the private pool or relaxing in the spa as you ease any aching leg muscles. Plenty of seating options have been provided and there is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of Bedroom 3.
Orange Tree is a peaceful, very popular community located just off the US27 in Clermont, with large plots and wide-open common spaces. Situated close to Disney World, this well-established community is in a fantastic location for everything Orlando has to offer. All of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation villas we have to rent have a private pool and many of them also benefit from having a games room and south or west-facing view from the pool deck, often with a scenic conservation view. The popular US192, with its wide range of shops and family-friendly restaurants is a few miles south of here.
