Situated on the peaceful Silver Creek community, just off the US27 in Clermont, is this delightful, privately owned vacation villa with 4 bedrooms, well-equipped family games room and a south-facing private pool surrounded by privacy hedges. Your nearest Walmart superstore is at Cagan Crossing, about a mile from the villa, taking care of most of your shopping requirements, and a wide range of shops, bars restaurants can be found here as well. A greater selection of restaurants line both sides of the nearby US192, taking care of all budgets, tastes and dietary requirements. The fun and excitement of Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes by driving along the US192, and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are about a 30-35 minute car journey away. Epic Universe, Orlando's new theme park, can be reached in 40-45 minutes and has exciting new rides and unique worlds for your family to explore. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, will take about 35-40 minutes to reach.
This comfortable home from home will be a great choice for your family holiday to Orlando and will provide you with everything you will need. The open-plan layout includes a kitchen area on the left-hand side of the villa, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you will need if you decide to cook a family dinner or want to prepare a packed lunch to take with you to the parks. A high-top dining table in the kitchen is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day, with another dining table nearby being a perfect spot for evening meals or board game fun once the dishes have been cleared away. The lounge, with comfy sofas and a flatscreen TV, is at the rear of the villa and is filled with lots of natural light flowing in from patio doors leading to the south-facing pool deck.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor and has windows overlooking the pool deck, a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back and has a Queen-size bed, Bedrooms 3 and 4 are Twin-bedded rooms upstairs at the front, furnished and decorated in a style that would suit everybody. All bedrooms have their own TV so if you want to watch something different from the rest of your family you can retire to your room and relax.
Reign supreme over your family in the games room as you challenge them to games of pool, table football and air hockey, making many happy memories you everybody. Keen anglers in your family might also want to spend a relaxing afternoon fishing from the banks of the community lake, just a couple of minutes’ walk from here.
The refreshing south-facing pool deck, with privacy hedges on all sides, will be welcomed by everybody as they splash around in the water, relax in the sunshine or pull up a chair and sit in the shade reading a novel.
Silver Creek is conveniently situated just off the US27, a mile north of the popular US192 with its fantastic choice of shops and restaurants. This small and cosy community was built in 2005 at the back of the popular Clear Creek community, and has a mixture of permanent residents and holiday villas. A large 24hr Walmart is a few minutes drive away at Cagans Crossing for all of your shopping needs, while Disney World and the I-4 highway to all the other popular attractions are a few miles away.
