This standard 6 bedroom villa is on the Westridge community in Davenport, midway between the I-4 Highway and the US192. From here, the Disney World parks can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes away. Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, can be reached in 35-40 minutes, with exciting worlds to explore and rollercoasters to thrill. More excitement can be found at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and other attractions at Universal Resorts, just a 30-35 minute car journey away. This standard villa has a west-facing pool deck area with relaxing views across woodland and a natural lake, and plenty of space for the whole family. If it gets too hot outdoors, head to the well-equipped games room where it might be slightly cooler until the competition heats up! Community facilities, including a swimming pool, tennis court and kiddie’s play area, can be reached with a 9 minute walk. The US192 has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to choose from and this is a few miles north of here. A little closer is Berry Town Center which has further options for you and a Publix supermarket, with a British bar café at the entrance to Westridge offering food, drinks and nightly entertainment.
The first family lounge welcomes you into the property and has sofa seating for 5 people and patio doors to the west-facing pool deck. The second lounge is at the rear of the villa and has sofa seating for 5 around a flatscreen TV and patio doors to the sunshine outside. The open-plan kitchen has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need, and the breakfast bar is a great place to enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day, with a nearby dining table perfect for tea and toast in the morning as you plan your itinerary for the day ahead. The family dining table is close to the front lounge and is also a perfect place to enjoy evening fun playing cards or board games once the dishes have been cleared away.
The Main bedroom is next to the first lounge and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is next to the rear lounge and contains a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is behind the rear lounge and has a Queen-bed and a window overlooking the pool deck. Bedroom 4 is a Twin-bedded room opposite Bedroom 2 while Bedroom 5 is a Cars-themed room with Twin-beds and is next to Bedroom 3. The Princess-themed Bedroom 6 is nearby and has been furnished with Twin beds. With a flatscreen TV in all bedrooms, nobody need compromise about what they want to watch as they drift off to sleep each night.
For guests who like to unwind with a little friendly competition, there is a carpeted games room with a pool table which converts easily so you can play table tennis, a separate table football game as well as a TV and fitness machines. The community facilities are just a 9 minute walk away and include a swimming pool, tennis court and kiddie’s play area, can be used by guests staying on Westridge and these are all close to your villa.
The west-facing pool deck has a large, covered dining area, complete with hammock and bar, for you and your family to enjoy spending some quality downtime together. The pool deck has unobstructed views of the natural lake and conservation area to the rear of the property and no overlooking neighbours. There is direct access to a family bathroom from the pool deck so a towel can be easily found.
Westridge is an established community of privately owned villas to rent close to Disney World. Many of our homes have games rooms and south or west-facing pool decks and scenic views as well. Community facilities here include a swimming pool and a tennis court. Shops and restaurants to suit everybody can be found a few miles away on the US192, or head south a few miles to Posner Park. Orlando's famous theme parks, including Disney World, can be reached in as little as 20-30 minutes.
