This 3 bedroom, privately owned, vacation villa on the gated community of Lindfields Reserve has enough beds to sleep 8 people and 3 en-suite bathrooms, including one in the annexe, which is perfect for teenagers or in-laws, and a totally secluded southeast-facing pool so you can relax and enjoy the glorious Florida sunshine without having overlooking neighbours. If you can tear yourself away from the pool deck for a game of tennis you are more than welcome to use the nearby community court during your stay here. The fun and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 10-15 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove both just 20-25 minutes away. Harry Potter fans eager to travel on Hogwarts Express or to stroll through the cobbled streets of Hogsmeade can be at Universal Resorts in less than half an hour. Orlando's newest theme park, Universal Epic Universe, can be reached in just 30-35 minutes and has thrilling rollercoasters for your family to try. The US192 is very close to and has hundreds of restaurants to choose from, serving everything from salad to steak, burgers to burritos and pasta to pancake. Also along the US192 is Sunset Walk, a retail and dining location which has a selection of popular restaurants, bars and shops as well as a multiscreen cinema.
This comfortable villa is a great choice for your family holiday and offers plenty of room for everybody to be able to relax and enjoy their time together. The lounge, filled with lots of natural light, is at the heart of the villa and has been furnished with a large modern sofa so that everybody can sit and watch a movie together on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The kitchen has the appliances, equipment and gadgets to satisfy all culinary requirements and a breakfast bar overlooking the pool deck. The nearby dining table is perfect for special occasion meals or evening fun playing board games once the dishes have been cleared away.
The Main bedroom is at the back of the villa, this has a King-size bed, doors to the pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is in a separate annexe with its own access door, here you will find a Queen-size bed, windows overlooking the front of the villa and an en-suite bathroom with doors to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is across a hallway from the Main bedroom, this has 2 sets of Bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV so nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite programme as they unwind after a busy day at the theme parks.
If you want to escape the sun and have fun at the same time, play a few games of table football and pool in the games room, if you’re feeling energetic then why not head to the community tennis court with your racket.
The Mediterranean-style pool deck faces south and east so will get plenty of sunshine. It benefits greatly from having no overlooking neighbours and is the perfect place to sit and relax either in the spa or on one of the many comfortable seats around the pool. There is direct access to the en-suite bathroom of Bedroom 2 from the pool deck, meaning no more mad sprints through the villa with wet feet.
Lindfields Reserve is a small gated community in Kissimmee, close to Disney World and the ever popular US192, with its wide selection of shops, bars and family-friendly restaurants.
