Guests staying here have access to all community facilities within the peaceful development, including swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play areas. The clubhouse restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open to golfers and non-golfers alike, so you don’t have to drive miles every night if you want to go out for something to eat. If you do want to venture further afield there are plenty of family restaurants and take-aways within easy driving distances. Disney World theme parks can be reached in less than half an hour from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 30-35 minutes away. Orlando's newest theme park, Epic Universe, can be reached in 40-45 minutes and offers 4 unique worlds to explore, while Universal Resorts is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, and is just 35-40 minutes’ drive from here along the easy to reach I-4 Highway.
The spacious and open-plan layout of this nicely furnished villa includes a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances and mod-cons you would hope to find as well as a convenient breakfast bar with seating for 2 people. A high-top dining table is adjacent to the kitchen, perfect for tea and toast each morning as you work out your plans for the day ahead. A larger dining table is nearby with enough seats so that everybody can dine together to celebrate a special occasion meal or to have fun playing board games once the dishes have been cleared away. The main family lounge is at the rear of the villa and has a comfy corner sofa, doors to the pool deck and a flatscreen TV. A second lounge area is at the front of the villa and has windows overlooking the garden, a corner sofa and a flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is apart from all others, it is to the left of the villa at the back and has a King-size bed, French doors to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. All other bedrooms are down a hallway on the right of the villa, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have Queen-size beds and Bedroom 4, decorated in a style suitable for everybody, has Twin beds.
The community facilities are spread around Southern Dunes and guests have access to all of them, including the swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play areas.
After busy days at the theme parks, return back home to recharge your batteries on the pool deck. With no overlooking neighbours, golf course views, lots of casual seating, a poolside TV, a private pool and refreshing spa, this is a great place to sit and relax together as you start making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.
Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
